And that's why I really like Shockwave. Cold, calculating, emotionless. And always following pure cold logic that is the definition of Shockwave and his personality.

I wonder how much of Megatron's bad temper can be put down to the issue that every morning he wakes up to about fifty missed calls and over three hundred texts from Shockwave overnight, and most of them are variations on "Megatron, you haven't returned my call from two seconds ago, are you still functional?!?" "Megatron, did you see my post on Facebook, because you haven't liked it yet?" and "Megatron, have I upset you or something?"
I really wished that we had an episode where Shockwave actually made an apperance on earth as he never showed up, the Decepticon army just felt incomplete without his presence especially as he's the smartest and most calculating of all time. Whenever i am reading Shockwave's dialogue in comics, i always hear Corey Burton's voice as he helped define his cold and emotionless persona perfectly. My all time favourite Decepticon.
yeah outside of blatant error of which sadly there were many into the original cartoon i agree it would've cool to see a full decepticon force on earth but it seem Hasbro instructed the writers poorly. ignoring Buzzsaw, Frenzy and removing Reflector absolute insanity (i would've added Skyfire but his issue legal same with the lack of Deluxe Insecticons).
@@teaandtoysin an IDW adaptation of the movie, it showed where the other combiners and Omega Supreme were at (defending the ARK) and also showed what happened to Shockwave. He basically gets split in half by Unicron.
it's always a possibility, but i the cartoon continuity Shockwave was a loyal to Megatron as Soundwave whereas in the Marvel comic Shockwave is more ambitious.
