SHOEI NEOTEC 3 Modular Motorcycle Helmet Review 

As a dad, I love the 3 for my next helmet purchase.

Have ridden with my Neotec for the last 30,000 miles and I love it. Fit like a glove and made communicating with my fellow rider very easy. The other benifits are, going into a store without removing the helmet, eating or drinking with ease, and staying cooler. It’s also nice to wear on the e-bike in the colder months.

We all become our dads eventually. Embrace it 😂

The Neotec 2 is the most comfy helmet I have ever put on, bar none. Looking forward to the Neotec 3.

What color is that Neotec 3? Is that the Anthracite? On photos it looks like a matte finish but in the video it looks shiny (which I very much prefer). Can someone enlight me pls? Thanks

Do you find that the sunshade sticks on the new one? On my II it would sometimes get stuck down and I’d have to open my visor and push on it with my hand.

Of course, a few months after I buy the gt air 2 the 3s come out 🤦🤦😭

why do they have to make the chin bar button bright red. WOuld be much more appealing blending it in to the helmet. You can't see it when wearing the helmet so doesnt need to be overly visible

Which color is shown in this video for the Neotec 3?

My first modular was a Schuberth which I found a bit disappointing TBH. My Neotec 2 is in a different league IMO. I'll never go back to a full face for road use. The sheer convenience makes everything so much easier, eat a burger, smoke a fag, any abuse you throw at other road uses is much more telligible, plus they are very comfy when slow riding or stuck in traffic in hot weather with the front flipped.👍 I shan't be swapping it for a N3 though, the "upgrades" are just not worth it for me.

The chin strap is still to short on the one side

Helmet is way too big for the dude modeling it...other than that, I want one!

Shoei if you read this as you should, pay attention: We need future neotec3, nxr3 and gtair4 or any new SportTouring model to have: Much Better multi stage adjustable ventilation where its fully open position leads to a -1 degree Celsius inside temperature vs outside temperature instead of same inside vs outside. A drop down sunvisor that goes lowdown enough not to get on our field of view BUT with a dropdown button next to the base of the helmet not the side as it ruins the Aesthetic completely not to mention its aerodinAmics! Pay attention to the competition HJC's dropdown sunvisor system and Arai ESPECIALLY Arai's interior lining at it is the absolute best in confort it slides down our heads butter smooth every single time and That is all we dream of in a top of the line sport touring helmet. As for 2023 me and my club rider friends all went for te better sport touring helmets of the moment hjc rpha71 and rpha 91.

Modular helmets are for fools. I’m rocking that X15! It’s a real helmet.

Meh. I like the look of the Neotec 3, but there isn't enough upgrade over the Neotec 2 that I already own to justify the rip-off price of $900.00. Hard pass for me.
