My mother was a nurse for years, and wore z-coils for most of her career. She swore by them. I used to call them her go go gadget shoes. Lol

I’ve got some Mary Janes. My husband has worn through probably 8 pair of ZCoils as well since he started wearing them. Rescued his feet and joints after walking for years on marble floors.

It talks about inserts because they're orthopedics shoes. They're ment for both people who have joint and foot problems like flat feet where inserts would be needed to support the arch and athletes. Also the spring obsorbs impact so it makes it easier on the joints. That's why they also look like old people shoes cuz essential they're suited for comfort rather then style. I hope that helps

I’ve worn Zcoils for over 10 years. They are amazing I stand a lot at work and used to have to get shots in my heels for pain. But haven’t had any foot pain since wearing Zcoils

I was wearing those shoes 25 years ago, the first pair. They help with back pain. And yes sitting like that messes with knees and hips. Be careful exercising in them. I just walked. Mine were called z coils

My kiddo had Z Coils. He liked how they felt however he wasn't excited about the aesthetic. The soles kept separating from the shoe after a couple weeks of normal wear. The company kept replacing them at no cost due to the defect. Which was great customer service. However after exchanging 3 pairs, I became frustrated with having to constantly return them. I was hoping the defect would get resolved, but it didn't. So I gave up.

Honestly I’ve been watching you since I’ve been on RU-vid 🥰 I remember you dancing around trying on shoes in your bathroom and following your first Valentine’s Day look tutorial. I’m still a member of the swamp family group and fell in love with your tarte pallet so much that when my best friends got stolen two years ago I sent mine to her because I know how truly special it is to have it. I have had ZCoil shoes since the early 2000's. Both sneakers and sandals. I have lower back trauma, and plantar faciatis (sp??) They are FANTASTIC. The coil covers are cool.. but rock them without them! Let people wonder and stare!!

I've worn Z-Coils since then also...and I've heard that the coil covers reduce the efficiency of the coils also. I just learned not to catch the coil heel on anything as I was walking around. ;-)

@@kath121 remember back in the day the sales staff would watch you walking and custom "tweak" the coils according to your stride/stance? Ah, customer service, lol! We'd taken my now almost 22yr old to Disneyland for her 1st bday.. people looked at me wearing them like I was crazy. Now, pushing 50, they ask with genuine curiosity, lol! Be safe, be well all💕

I have back issues and z-coils are all I wear now. They’re definitely worth it if you’re on your feet a lot. People are always intrigued and asking about them. I love them. EDIT I highly recommend getting the spring covers if you’re going to jump rope. I’d have the rope hung in those coils and be laying on my face. 😂

I recall seeing z coil shoes in fruits Japan steetstyle from early 2000s. Early reference to cyber fashion. I can post pics if interested. I want some now. Usually they are sold as orthopedic shoe, I love the crossover

These shoes been around since 2008. Nurses love to wear these in hospitals. Helps your feet and knees during 12 hour shifts. I just never wore them cause they look so weird lolz 😆

I worked in a nursing home about 10 years ago and would wear the z coil shoes. I loved them but be careful around electrical cords they will get tangled in the spring.

Sea salt spray helps wit my hair when it’s to clean to be styled spray a little on and then style it’s adds texture to your hair

I love that you're trying Z-Coils, Bunny! I worked on my feet in retail on a hard concrete floor for over 8 hours a day for many years, so had to have really good shoes. Z-Coils were the only ones that worked perfectly for me and didn't really ever wear out. All I did was clean and condition the leather and replace the insoles. Just beware that the open coil can get caught on things, so you have to tread carefully. FYI, my favorite pair was black leather Mary Janes. ;-)

These have been around for years and I love them. You can wear them all day every day. They make a cover for the heels that looks like a big chunky heel and they keep vines and such from tripping you up. Thanks for the vid, hope you enjoy them too

I remember getting a pair of leopard print platform sandals in the 90's called Red Peppers with the 3 layer cork soles, they were so cute but i never ended up wearing them anywhere of fear of breaking an ankle lol They were like $99 cos my nan bought them for me at the time after asking for them xD

Hey Bunny, stand up and lock your knees while looking in a mirror at them, do they bend backwards? If so your knees are hypermobile and you need to see a physio. It's a common cause of knee pain (coming from someone with Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder who lives with daily chronic pain).

Bunny, I remember you in the other spring shoes I think you wore them to Target? I think your new Z Coils might be very similar to the others. I’ve been watching you forever. I feel like a dummy because I always give a like but most times didn’t comment and I’m thinking why not? Since day one you’ve been my favorite RU-vid person.
