Oton is the japanese word for "father" so, yes, he is Kiichi's father. His full name is Seiko Miyazawa (not shown in this OVA but near the end of the manga)
Kids who easiIy impressed with "lights and shiny stuff". Yes, I happen to be one of those people. Still, I like Baki and this anime too. As well as other shows thats all about martial arts.
@AimingFist My bad, Oton is the japanese word for "daddy" or "papa" in french. Otou-san is the formal calling, but Kiichi always refers to his father with the friendly term.
@elfirrepins It's Oton not Otan. Oton is the japanese word for fatherm then yes, he is Kiichi's father. His full name is Seiko Miyazawa ( Not shown in the OVA but shown the end of the manga)
yah ... tekken the game ..that even has anime movie ...and shootfighter tekken ...tekken means iron fist ....in tekken the game its about the Iron fist tournament ...here is about iron fist martial art style
I think there were only 3, the manga which is called "Tough" original starts years after his father became... you know. So the OAV series was made as a prequel or backstory to the characters.
The OAV is based on a single arc of the prequel manga(the prequel is called "Tekken-den Tough"), and this arc has other 2 fights in the manga(one against a karate fighter and another with a Sumo Rikishi
Bzzzz! Totally wrong. You clearly misunderstood me; but that's understandable since there was a tone of sarcasm there. And Im no good with sarcasm. However, you're right to say that a lot of westerners were attracted to DBZ. Especially since it was so mainstreamed. A lot of Good stuff was/is not given enough coverage on the west. Kids are easily impressed with "lights and shiny stuff". I got bored too quickly.
Heheh, just describing the main character drawing looks. Sometimes in anime, you see ordinary characters using same hairstyle; and specific characters trying to be unique and cool by having really weird ones. Nah. Just criticizing cliches, that's all.
Super-saiyan wannabe with the blanket t-shirt is getting boringly predictable. Sometimes I wonder if most of his fights(not all obviously) starts with a Naruto flying punch that almost-never-connects.
this is very sad it was mainstreamed over in europe much its the same with all the anime we get thats been dub by the usa there went all out gave us every episode of dbz and dball but gave up on stuff like one piece and street fighter 2 victories did even get to episode 8 of that gay man but ...why did there only produce 3 episodes can some one explain if u have time and patience lol
