Since it is almost Halloween, can you carve out a pumpkin using a gun?? *[EDIT]* :since it already has been done, you can also go to the middle of nowhere (so you don't shoot someone accidentally), fill some balloons with helium and put some kind of small blanket (or just paint it so it looks like a ghost if the blanket is to heavy) and go ghost-hunting with your guns XD (And I just edited it so this idea still has all the likes :p)

Matt, as for your question, of whether I would want to get hit with one arrow or many, in my opinion, it is as if I would as you: would you rather lie on a nail mat or lie on a single nail? Or: Would you rather get hit 20 times by a small kid, or sucker-punched once by a boxer? Its physics: On a lot of nails, your weight is spread out, but on one nail, all the weight is concentrated on one point, so the nail would go in you. Same thing with the arrows: Since the force is spread out between multiple arrows, the hits are weaker. I think all of the text above revealed what I chose, but here it is once again, just to be sure: I would definitely get hit by multiple arrows.

Nerd-out time: Shooting 2 arrows would NOT cut the kinetic energy of the arrows in HALF (when being compared to one arrow.) What you're suggesting is a "1 to 1" linear relationship. And, the equation used to convert potential energy to kinetic energy squares velocity. Consequently, when that value is squared, I'm pretty sure that eliminates a potential "1 to 1" linear relationship.

it's possible to make the arrows spread out after leaving the bow but you have to arrange the angle. if you make all the heads stick together it's going to all hit in the same target, however, if you stick all the tails together the heads of the arrows will distance itself away from the other heads making it possible to hit over 1 target.

Never seen that trailer for origins but its a fun game if you understand the context that you are being put in and overall its just a fun game even if you have the smallest clue about whats going on around you
