oh I can attest rock salt to the back is a great deterrent to boyfriends crawling into your daughter's bedroom at 2 am. plus I have been hit with it in the back. I got shot with it by some crazy old man who thought he owned the road I was walking down. it shredded the jacket I was wearing and only as little salt got through. put me face first into the road but didn't do much damage to me. it feels great! but I have seen results on someone at closer range who was NOT wearing a leather motorcycle jacket like I was. Russ got hit in the ass on his way out a Window at 2am. he got hit bareassed and the damage while not lethal was pretty significant as he couldn't sit down for a while!
