Shooting in the 4K Photo Mode with Panasonic Cameras and getting the Best Image Quality

In this video, I discuss some of the ways to improve the image quality of the images that are extracted (in camera or in a video editing program) from the 4K photo mode MP4 video file.
It is also a test of video streaming from the Panasonic FZ1000 II and capturing with a 4k capture device over USB-C to a mac book pro, in preparation for more ambitious presentations.

Great video. Please note that if you extract the 4K photo in camera, the resulting file will have all the EXIF informations set correctly. If you extract a frame from the 4K file on a computer you won't have the EXIF informations.

Had a fz300 I set it up to your specs and voila....greatness all around. Got a g85 and waiting for a video to set it up. I’m hoping that you can make a video on the best setup for g85.

I really wish that the next incarnation of the FZ80 has a tilting LCD which I find far more valuable than a fixed touch screen.

Hey Graham great vids. Thankyou. Best settings for Birds/wildlife in 4k burst modes? I will follow this guide but there is some info on the net about setting the custom tabs to be able to go straight to your preferred settings. What woulfd you recommend for moving and still bird targets in good lighting for the fz 300 in burst. Thanks

Great video however I did find a simpler way to actually take a photograph out of the video without loading onto computer by doing it through your phone and all you have to do is do a screenshot of the frame that you like that is the best

Same problem with this kind of explanation videos as (almost) all the others (Lumix) Its going to fast with the options and looking at a fast talking head doesent make it easier. I gave up though I´m not a beginner

Not sure why - you preferred to move the file to the computer ? - and not to 1st do it in camera. If you extract a frame on the computer you will not have all the EXIF info. I don't see the benefit in not extracting it in the camera 1st. It seems like Panasonic went to some effort to be able to do this in the camera.
