Thank you guys very much for enjoying the video. I'd like to reply to comments but my eye is getting worse at the time. Just want to let you know that i do read every single one and very appreciate your generosity. For any information or question pls feel free to talk to me through email or instagram for much faster response. All the best, CàLem.
I can't imagine a shop without a press: this is a work of art, so much better than the china version we get in USA. The feet, the crank, the rail movable mount for ram and plate, the build quality/frame, even the paint, every aspect is an upgrade from mine..
Get notification. Stop working. Find a quite place. Hit like button. Comment for the algorithm. Play video. Quietly wish I was that talented. Get back to work.
I really like the bushings for the MT mounts on your splash guard. Clever, elegant, and usually overlooked. Excellent work, I really enjoy your videos and I'm glad you've finally started narrating.
You know allot of people mentioned you for a precision surface grinder machine vice that Mr lipton is giving away to someone who is passionate about the trade. My hope is that you get the vice. As I really feel you deserve it. Best of luck.
Oh man. I've just seen that. Watched his videos just right after posting but rarely comment. He has been one of my "teachers" on this trade also the reason im intersted in it. Its a lie if i say i dont want that beautiful vise but im sure he will fine the right person. Thank you guys alot, im very very appreciate your love.
I am an old man and have been doing this kind of work for a good long time now. Your skills are very impressive as is the manner in which you attack a rebuild of these very complicated, precise machines.
Your press is a much better design and superior quality than anything I have commercially available in the USA market. You are a very talented machinist. Great job!
The work and quality you put into your machines and builds really puts your videos on another level. Every second is a joy to watch. Your subscribers are so lucky to have you.
Exceptional designer/engineer/machinist/fabricator at work. But your mechanism design skills are peerless, always such a suspenseful pleasure to watch it all come together.
This was a fantastic video and build. Really like your added features, the R/L cable system, the handle feature on the support pins and the roller feature of the head assembly. Great job. Thanks for sharing.
It’s a real pleasure to watch your work, as good as it is, always getting better. Watching the young guns like yourself or Kurtis (Cutting Edge Engineering) who not only have the skill but also the confidence in your methods... giving the old guard a reason to look over their shoulder. Bravo.
I'm in the process of building a 90 ton hydraulic press.. mine is going to be cool.. but yours is way cooler IMO. you win lots of style points. amazing work never stop!!
Outstanding design. I love your little touches of bearings for sliding the cylinder, the pawl for the crank fit like a glove. The rotary table work on that was awesome. Having the long travel of the ram saves on adjustment time too.
Another show of craftsmanship. You never fail to amaze me with your work. I wish I had a son just like you, and I wish to wish I was that talent in order to facilitate my work. I would be proud of this son every day.
Always a good evening when there is a new video from you mate wow that is a beast well built the engineering is amazing thanks for sharing precision fits and all stay safe all the best god bless
I thought that was always going to be a problem now after that happened. I hope I'm wrong and it gets better. He made a vid about it. Maybe he'll make a comment one way or the other for us/me.
I have a twenty-ton press in my shop that my father fabricated using pieces of truck frame and a bottle jack. It is, by most measures, a very good press and I get good use out of it. Cà Lem's is an order of magnitude nicer than the one my father built. Very nice work. I learn a lot about machine design and fabrication here...
Your eye? Oow… I hope you are well when you read this. I very much enjoyed watching, thank you for posting this excellent vid. Compliments for design and execution, both for the press and the filming!
Nice project, you even improve the design by having the cylinder movable from left to right on rollers bearrings. That way the main cylinder does always stay in the middle. Great job.
That is a better quality press than we can readily buy here, you did a great job on it! Sorry to hear that your eye is giving you problems, as you say in your pinned comment. I'm hoping you can get it looked at sooner rather than later and that you can get back to your regular life.
I'm always exited to see a new post from you, and you have never disappointed. Your creativity and skills are amazing! I also very much like how you present your content, especially how you mix fast forward and real time footage.
Bravo! Così si lavora in officina! Si vede che hai non solo passione,ma anche amore per la meccanica. Lavori preciso e pulito. Ce ne fossero di ragazzi giovani come te,che rendono onore alla meccanica.. continua cosi!
I’ve only just found your channel, and its just awesome. Your skill, care, designs and equipment are a joy to watch. Also your camera shots a perfect too. Bravo. Thank you for making them.
Ca Lem, again Sir you pulled a rabbit out of your hat. I really like the design of your press and the build was fun to watch as all the parts came together. Thanks for sharing the build with us. Always a pleasure to watch your builds. Stay Safe & Cheers!
Great video mate! Just thought I would mention that I use aquarium or pond pumps as coolant pumps on my machines that done have them. Very cheap and work very well.
