Little tip for your pin backing cards… create a tiny white circle, smaller than pin size, on the actual design… this way you get the same placement every time. PS. I love your blogs and have followed you for many years now and you still inspire me. Love your journey Catherine 🌸💝

I know you like the collapsible part of your cardboard storage bins, but like you said they lose their rigidity over time. Have you considered Akro bins? They have some super cool setups that you can do with them. They can come with a peg board setup so that you can change around the entire look/functionality as you need it. There's also tip out shelves where you can pull them like drawers but they won't fall off shelves because of the top lip they have. They come with divider slots so that you can put more than one SKU per bin and still keep them divided, reducing the shelf space/boxes used which is always a big help in a smaller storage area. The bins don't fold down flat, but they will nestle together for a relatively smaller footprint when being stored away until needed. Long-term they are a much better solution for storage because they don't lose their rigidity and are plastic so they will resist shelf wear much longer than cardboard. And, when they have finished their life cycle they're traditionally easier to recycle because the cardboard ones will end up with so much plastic tape holding them together that's it's almost impossible to recycle them and they end up in the landfill rather than being something able to have another life.
I used to have Akro Bins actually, but I didn;t like them Im not sure why, I like that I can cut these to size for the shelves (Height wise) but your right I think I might have to look back into this and take a look at different storage solutions! I'm wondering if you've ever looked into making your designs into diamond paintings. They'd make fun placemats for a holiday table setting. And the lines you use would translate really well into a canvas meant for the dot pattern of diamond painting. It'd be interesting to have your design as a finished piece, but also be able to have my own hand in the making process.

20:12 a pin backing remover would be ideal but in the meantime, I have seen other people use this method where they use a fork! It seems to work well and gets the job done and protects your nails 😊❤
Hi Catherine, love your vlogs they’re always really cheerful and make me smile. Can you tell me what lights you use for photography please? I make sea glass jewellery using Seaham sea glass and it’s sooooo hard to get decent lighting. It’s not really the best weather to be taking photos outside and as you know, it’s a bit chilly outside here 😂
