thanks! I'm actually just about to sell my cnc lathe to buy another mill (I know that sounds like Heresy to you) as I never see lathe work and it's scarey as hell to run

Thanks! I once though I wanted to do larger parts but I hate every job with large parts as the stock cost so much and I always end up having a high scrap rate

thanks! I'm still waiting for the CMMs MFG to do a final calibration but they came out and set it up and said it works so I'm relieved (bought it t auction and didn't know if it worked or not).

oh shit, that was a long time ago. Yeah, top making as a hobby turned into me wanting to learn how to be a machinist, to me running this business full time now just just over 2 years.

I did. My only customer is Xometry and they just never have jobs that my old lathe could handle so I sold it
