i have the same bow, magyar but with shorter limbs and longer siyah's. like i said on the other video of the assymetrical one, i love this bow. I have no invested interrest to be so positive , i just hope this bow builder does well, for the price it feels like im stealing from him. I would and propably will, buy from Imre again. Shooting this bow imho is much more fun then a more expensive "brand" bow i have. and i owe it to Armin for finding his website.

by now imre nagy raised the prize to 127 € + shiping for this bow. by the way, he has no bows in stock! he builds the bows one by one as they are ordered by hand. laminated wood bow with glas , european made by hand..... so 127€ is still a VERRY good prize

1 page shorter than peace and war hehe. His bows look nice, I'm a sucker for hun bows, will you perhaps do a review on his Assymetric Hun bow? Also, a useful side effect of Lajos' style, the arrows in the draw hand absorb some of the handshock.

I'm impressed Armin, especially at this price point. Do I need another horse bow for my collection, absolutely not. Am I going to buy a bow from this site, absolutely yes. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. I bought a very inexpensive Hungarian style bow off Amazon mostly to try thumb release. I can't seem to get the hang of kahtra and canting because my arrows at 15 yards are still impacting to the right significantly. Any ideas or is this just practice? I also found that there was considerable nock pinch using a Mediterranean style release. The bow is a 51" Huntingdoor. If I find my way to Malta can I contact you for a lesson :)? Thanks.

Dear Armin, I have a Nagi Imry Turkish bow (#60). It shoots very well, but the suede arrow passes are coming off the bow. I tried gluing them back on, but they continue to work loose. I am using fletched arrows, not plastic veins. I have no idea what to do. Is there an easy fix for this? How about a video about replacing arrow passes (products to use)? Thanks always for your archery wisdom!

I bought a longbowmaker Hungarian horsebow 54" but I can't find anywhere what the brace height it should be at. Any help would be appreciated. Someone said 6" but my string is not twisted at all and is it 6.25“

What are the differences in 7, 9, and 12 grains? What does that tell you about the arrow's structure?I also own a Hungarian bow by Longbowmaker, which I ordered off of Amazon. I tried the vibration test, and it lasted about 6-7 seconds. What does that also tell?

There is no bow on the site called a 'Hungarian Short Bow". The closest I can find in appearance is the "Tatari Bow". Would you confirm whether this is the bow you are demonstrating here? Also a question. do those heavy ends of the limbs lessen the performance of the bow because of the added inertia at the points of most travel?
