Wow, that’s an amazing evaporator….. I do 75 trees by myself and use a pan set on cinder blocks and use firewood to boil…. I’m boiling again in the morning 😋

I know this is off subject but have you tried Peppermint oil to control the problem Squirrels ? I ve used it to control rodents here in Arizona I don't know if the cold would have a negative effect or not you could carry it around when you do your "rounds" and just hit the problem areas.....like you don't have enough to do... anyway keep up the great work I look forward to your videos

I watched all your videos. I have always wondered how maple syrup was made. It was amazing to see the whole process. It looks like a lot of hard work. I was wondering how you deal with the wildlife wandering through the woods. They surely must make a mess of all the piping. I live in elk country and they make a mess of our fences. I have always liked maple syrup so I purchased two quarts of our syrup. As a side note, my son lives in Alaska and he makes Burch syrup from the trees he has on his property.

Hi, I just wanted to drop you a quick line. I received my first order from you all recently,. The Amber has a nice light flavor, but the dark is awesome; great taste but not too sweet. I appreciate the hard work you all are doing, the syrup is awesome! Now for the serious question. The plastic bags, is that soap or a treat? Not too sure how to proceed with them...LOL! Have you done a video on the bottling process? Do you do that there or do you have a third party do it? I think that would be interesting to see. Thanks for taking the time to show us all how it's done.

Just made my first purchase 1/2 gal of Amber would also like to try the Golden but is unavailable, when will it be available again? I'm sure y'all are very busy this time of year. I just found y'alls channel a couple hours ago and liked it so much I made a purchase lol. I support all family farms and businesses that I can locally-owned, but we don't have much Maple Syrup here in SC and y'all have it so here we are lol. It appears to me that you all do your boiling starting in the late afternoon into the early morning the next day. Is this so that you can boil when the temperature is the most stable?

What ya do with all the full barrels??
