I'm a hobby syrup guy who only makes 4 or 5 gallons a year at my camp in the lower Adirondacks. Love watching how big producers tap so many and boil so many gallons. Love your new building and set up.you sure do it right. 🍁👍
Being from Michigan I was curious when I saw MSU was visiting. Neat, MSU is only twenty minutes away and two sons and a grandson work there. Just saying. Keep smiling.
Nikki, Great videos and quite an eye opener into the maple syrup business of today. What school does MSU stand for ? Here in Montana it is Montana State University in Bozeman. Wishing all a great day and Happy Spring ! JZ
@@MapleFarmer My mother was from England, she'd say "Chin Up"! Keep positive, and remember, "The Goddess of Good Luck follows the person of Action"! :) That is a quote from the book "The Richest Man in Babylon"
I ordered a quart of amber yesterday. I can't wait to get it. I'm fascinated with your show, so glad I found you. Are you going to do videos on your milking operation?
Continue to hope and pray you have a good season as it wraps up. Also hoping the new French dairy processing plant will help with your price. Keep up the great work. God bless

Greetings/Bonjour from the French Riviera/Cote d'Azur ... where we get to pay around 5 Euros for 190 ml/250 g ... just a reference point for you on your wholesale/retail pricing. But for a Texan here in France, wouldn't matter the price as it cannot be replaced for Pancakes/Waffles. YT put up your site as a "suggestion" and glad it did ... had no idea how complex the Process is to get from Tree to my personal bottle. As an Aerospace Engineer, I get how it all goes together ... just didn't know. Thanks for the explanations ... look forward to seeing your other installments. Bon Chance ... y'all.
have you thought about whether you can use that product on other things than what one usually uses it for maybe get a chef in over with suggestions to see if person can come up with some new item it may need ??? where I live there are many farm shops which end up having a farm sale or a restaurant in connection with what they have here where living go food commodity and tourism up into a higher entity
It was! Michigan State University stopped in for a surprise visit! Luckily it was on the day I got my hair done so I actually looked camera ready for once and not like my typical no makeup, zombie self! 😂
