Marijuana is legal in many states, but many professions ban its usage, even though it’s legal.

And, there is many rule/law of driving truck much worse than before, and less freedom, in 1980 to 1990, I think it's golden age for rig trucking, very high paycheck while able to own independent truck, there is not lot of large company doing that like those day, but now more and more company had own private fleet of truck, no longer need independent truck for most part. And here we are, $38,000 for truck diver who do not own truck, not able to do personal truck as their home (lifestyle) for companies, to $300,000 yearly that might for truck driver who might be independent and had own personal truck and do what they want with their truck as thier home, custom if you will while companies who own those truck do not allowed personal custom on truck since driver do not own truck. That's big difference, people don't like to be drone yet most people be drone by no choice they like independent with huge paycheck but unable to do those like in golden age. I think.
