5'6" Anthony Height and Tony Crosby go head to head, along with new-comer 5'4" Ty Jackson, plus Dom Gonzalez and Donovan Hawkins! Shoutout to BodyArmore for helping with this dunk session!
True… spud wasn’t that much bigger and he did it in the NBA with giant defenders tho.. I seen it.. just saying. And true he wasn’t 5’4, I believe 5’6”. But still.
Back in 1987 I was in7th grade and people were saying that I jump like Spudd Webb. I had no clue who the guy was. All I can remember I was 4 and half feet tall and can touch 9 feet. Unfortunately I lost my hops 3 years later.and was never able to dunk. What these guys are doing are incredible and extremely difficult.
Wow, GREAT little video.... some of the best looking dunks i've seen for a while. My one thing i personally don't like as much is when the guys try to dunk a bit too hard, also 'throw in' dunks. I think hang time looks much cooler than super power.
oddly enough I feel exactly opposite, fancy dunks are cool but there’s something different about a strong tomahawk jam, especially if its on someone else
@@aceyyyyyy Couldn't disagree with you any stronger lol.... sure, tomahawk dunks in game, over someone are good, but trying to do big power dunks when there's no one trying to stop you just look stupid
Hello Guys, I am only 5,7 but want to jump high as you do. How did you train to unleash that power in your jumps? It's crazy that your height is like mine but you jump twice or three times higher than me! I played 12 years football (soccer) and then I only hit the gym and did some kickboxing/karate. But I never learnt to jump high. Greetings from Germany
@@fabulousfaheem5185 partial genetics partial training. My father could dunk at 5’5 but that’s because he also played basketball far more than me, I can naturally jump high to scrape rim, but I haven’t done the work to fully dunk.
Im about to be 28 in 2 months and stop playing ball for 6 years. I just started balling again and this inspire me to work on my vertical consistent. How can I improve my workouts?
