Very true. If you follow any of the world's best sporting clays it is not, however, how they shoot. Preponderance of method, then swing through and only maintained lead on shots with a narrow hit window (sort of like skeet which is what I understand the lead technique was developed for). Stopped watching it halfway through which is a shame - good shotkam video is invaluable to help you inculcate better technique

Light mod or mod work best at 35+

Really you could use a skeet choke on all of these.
