Karate is a big help for women and men it is a must to train them.

I find it challenging because punching has more force and is quicker. It is also appropriate for self-defense because it improves our emergency preparedness. This girl gives a good performance, which makes it much better.

Tricky kata Gankaku, difficult to do. My Sensei would tell me to slow it down abit, don't rush. I think that's what's needed here too. Sochin was clean, crisp and a joy to watch.
Excellent and amazing performance💝. For me it's difficult to do because it gives force and is faster to punch. Also, it is suitable for self-defense as it allows us to be better prepared for an emergency. It's a good performance especially when the girl performs it.
