One of the many benefits of not shacking up before marriage is not having to depend on a woman to take care of you while you’re chasing a “dream” cause you already handling ya own whether a significant other is in the picture or not.
It's not just about supporting a man. It's about supporting a man with character, values, morals, dogmatic work ethic, who has made it unmistakable clear through how he treats you that are the woman for him. Any man who would come up on a woman's back and drop her when success is achieved is a man who never wanted that woman to begin with and trust me when I say, he showed her that in many ways over the course of the relationship but she thought she good be a good enough woman to change his mind. You can never be the right woman for the wrong man.
I did that in a relationship and it was the mistake of my life. I believed in that brother’s talent, encouraged and supported him but he had zero drive and my time and energy was absolutely wasted. When I started to hold him accountable he just cheated and left. It was a fantasy not a dream.
Men coming from a man. Since I’ve went to GOD in prayer (continually not just once) and asked him to remove the free will he’s given me and to replace it with his perfect divine will for my life and also to take away all autonomy from my actions so I’m walking in alignment with him. It has been exponentially easier to flee from the everyday temptations I have to deal with. It works for me and might help someone else male or female.
Free will is hard but it separates us from animals, now. I don't think you're supposed to try to give it back. Surrendering and aligning to the principles of the Creator still allows you free will to choose such. Slavery is wrong bc it denies free will, and I don't think our Creator would have us be slaves. Aligning with Reality and principles voluntarily js nkt the same as trying to eliminate your actual power of volition

I knew this woman with 5 small children. Her husband was in federal prison doing a 17 year bid. One day she told me that when he would get in trouble in high school, his mom would always be at the school defending him when he was wrong and making excuses for him and that life led him to prison.
You don't "chase a dream", you build a vision. Im in the middle of building my vision, but I keep a side job to ensure the bills are paid while I'm building. There is no such reason why a man can't work a side job while he builds his vision...ladies!!! You are not supposed to take on the responsibility or the role of paying a grown mans bills. He is perfectly capable of doing that himself.
I like his comedy, I think he’s so funny, but now he has a girlfriend and 2 small children. He was on Kevin Hart’s podcast and they asked him about getting married. He gave a sorry excuse of “when the time is right”🙄🙄 I have started to lose respect for men who pussyfoot around getting married.
Only if he will do it for her, you have too many men out there who ain’t self made. It ain’t until a man meet a woman that he got all of these ideas. Whereas the woman comes into the relationship without an agenda

Truth. Our Florida courts 👨🏾⚖️🏛️🗂️🗃️ are hard. TG is from Polk County. I'm from Saint Lucie County. We grow up watching the cycle, it's not the way (the streets) to go. Plus, I used to work in a Clerk of Circuit Court office for 4 years: raise your sons & daughters, stay out the way 🙏🏾. A local bail bondsman told me like this: they give you a lot of charges & make it sound bad, they make your bond so high that your family ("grandma", momma, daddy, etc.) can't afford it, they keep people in the county jail for 3 or 4 years before they decide your fate.
I'm 51 years old and I've learned a lot from my own experiences and getting more knowledge from your videos Mr. Gaskins. And you are right, mess around in Polk county, you gone get exactly what you're not looking for.

Alot of black women are taking care of black men. Literally 22-40 year old black women I know right are financially responsible for everything in the relationship. No thank you.
