I am a Packers fan and Williams would be the dumbest person of all time if he wasn’t hyped on going to the bears. Like shady was saying, the bears have a team around him and the bears are not the actual number 1 pick. They were not the worst team in the league.

Born and raised in Cali.. I was stationed in Illinois for over two years. It took me a full winter to get used to the cold lol. That wind chill is DIFFERENT.

Playing in that NFC NORTH is real! not just playing in Chicago freezing cold wind, then you got the Packers negative degrees and Minnesota real cold too. Playing in freezing weather will Never be comfortable you really gotta put your mind and heart into it. If Caleb balls out with the bears HE WILL BE LEGENDARY

The Bears are all in on Caleb Williams. They shouldn't expect too much too soon. Remember, next season, he will only be a rookie. It takes time to adjust to a new level and the pressure it brings.

a lot of people also don’t realize how much the bears turned things around last year, they were 5-3 in there last 8 games and would’ve been a playoff team if it weren’t for 3 separate fourth quarter chokes against the broncos, lions, and browns

Imagine where they wouldve been without the 0-4 start and the 3 4th quarter collapses. Thats 7 losses that couldve gone another way if they played well all season. Even if they go 3-4 in that stretch you have 10 wins and are in the playoffs. That being said thats a lot of ifs.

Oh yeah, they should’ve won at least 8 if not 9 games. Historic collapses. Along with the 0-4 start. This isn’t a 7-10 team they’re more like an 8 or 9 win ascending team that got much better already this offseason.

I love what winter does to football. Williams will need to understand that. That division well... That's not that much of an advantage. But to a lot of teams it is an advantage. I remember the last time we went to the Superbowl who did we beat to get there and where was the game? NFC Championship, New Orleans @ Chicago. It was cold and snowing! Loved it!

Playing in cold has it advantages. Come playoff time you don't have to be a top seed as much be easy to go GB NY and win. kc at balt at buff so look up Miami and chargers playoff wins on road in the cold.

All three made valid points, and I can admit to having an emotionally skewed perception on this QB circus. I definitely didn't like how it went down and thought the organization didn't do right by Fields. Things playing out the way they did, I wondered how CW could trust the Bears from the business perspective. Looking now, if CW does go there, he'll be in MUCH BETTER shape than JF was in. The key will be them knocking this OC hire out the park. If they don't do that, back to Square One....

Coach Prime was not just talking about the cold itself, he was moreso referring to Williams "mental toughness" in dealing with the elements. Talent has very little to do with mental toughness and we know Caleb is talented, but when Aiden Hutchinson and DJ Reader are sacking him and driving his face in the dirt, can he shake it off and be ready for the next play.

Wow Joy's disdained for New York teams was on full display when she described the Jets as "That other team" for those that don't know Joy's brother Jason Tylor use to play for the jets. The jets traded him away to Miami. Notice Joy's reaction whenever any team from New york is mentioned. Her New york Bias is unreal!
