I honestly kind of think he's being ostracized...like the girl who spoke seems like the ringleader and the other one her sidekick or something. I think they're suffering from an inferiority complex--he's the tallest, smart as all hell, and got a sweet nice personality. In Korea, modelling is nowhere near as respected as being a chemist or a scientist. I think they're jealous that he has two options, the best of both worlds. I feel bad for him. I hope he can see that and that he realizes his worth.

Also the girl who said what's important for the model is to look good on stage...@_@ models display the design not themselves, what's important is for the design to look good on stage. Honestly he's far from lacking compare to them.

Honestly, this was one of the most hilarious episodes I’ve seen of Hello Counselor, despite them saying he isn’t funny, even though they were just joking. He is so cute and I can really see him making it as a model. I’LL ROOT FOR YOU AND YOUR DREAMS OF BECOMING A MODEL!!!! HWAITING!!!!

I think he's not bad looking furthermore he has supportive and loving parents and loyal friends who stick with him even after all his embarrassing moments lmao. His teacher even stated that she has high hopes for him. I think with time he will manage to feel more comfortable and things will get easier!

9:53 he has spent most of his school life studying so such kind of answer is not hard to accept. your whole life is basically just studying in senior year of high school if you are a science student. so, it's not like he doesn't know how to have fun, it's just that he didn't have that much exposure to all the fun stuff until college.

His professor really sees the potential in him, she was nodding when he said that the problem was his mindset. he has the looks and the height. He can learn how to walk and pose, and along the way he'd gain confidence. Modelling is a skill that you can learn. The other students just find him weird for being different and awkward but hopefully through this they'd change their mindset and befriend him. Hello counselor should just cater to these types of problems. Let's not dive into serious and problematic ones

I feel like when the girl mentioned what he had written in his hobbies and laughed like he was a weird person. She should have just have been nicer and respected his hobbies. If you see the guy trying his best to do something he wants to challenge himself in people should encourage him and maybe he will open up to them. It felt wrong when she also said that she felt uncomfortable to call him oppa. How can people not like him he seems like a goofy person.

Call me weird, but I like his voice very deep. He just has to refine it nothing wrong with it. In terms of his overall persona, seems enduring and sweet. He can be known as the sweet model. There's room for every type of person. Why, does the world try to put people in boxes? There room for diversity not a stereotype/standard. More power to the people they are different.

He is very brave and inspiring. For me, I have only studied and only thought about the ranks of the schools I attended and the prestige of the degree I take. So, if I don't meet them I get anxious and depressed. I would never take such a huge jump in my life. It's not easy to change from a secure degree to a risky degree. The fact he did that and shows no regrets despite all his current limitations and failures, is very, very inspiring. He is happier than many of us.

Awe one of my older brothers acts just like him!! Not a lot of people understand him or his humor, and he gets sad from it :(( (He has Aspergers) and it’s sometimes hard to make friends with the way he is :(( He’s doing better tho!! He’s doing robotics and he’s learning to code them!! I’m really proud of him

I love his personality. I'm dealing with something similar. I am tall (6') and I guess I am good looking enough because everyone has told me since I was young that I should do modeling. But I am very shy and unconfident. My group is kinda nerdy you know. I am an athlete, musician, and get good grades (I'll be attending Georgia Tech next school year), but I always feel that I won't fit into the modeling scene. It seems like a place for more charismatic and confident people, but I think modeling would be cool and can help me build my confidence. Now I also slightly want to do modeling not only for those purposes and my love for Naomi Campbell (my dad is a fashion designer for men's suits and has taught me to idolize her cuz her walk is just amazing) but to possibly meet people that have helped me be happier. It'd be awesome to meet someone like Han Hyunmin (I'm only 5 days older than him apparently haha) as a plus if I ever do make it in the modeling world (I'd be doing mostly for me ofc that's so creepy to do it just to get close to someone haha). Anyway, my point in all of this is that many careers and lifestyles have these stereotypes for how the person should act. Why can't there be a smart model or a handsome scientist? I believe that with the right mindset and practice, he can do it. Shy people can learn to be sociable and charismatic in their own way (I actually think he is an extrovert pretty clearly). I wish him well in whatever he chooses to do.
