Sir, first of all great information. I am 35 years old and in my experience if I walk casually not with very high pace I cover about 4.5 to about 5 km. So according to your analysis if someone just casually walk he should manage to walk 1.5 hours daily and it could be divided in sessions. In morning half hour, while working and in evenings half hour. I think 10000 steps are manageable for average working person. Much respect from Pakistan🇵🇰

In 2019 April my weight was 90.5 kg and I started walking 12-14km regularly and in December my body weight was 67-69 and now in August 2021 my body weight is 69 and I regularly walking around 10km . It helps to maintain my weight ☺️

@@osmanrasheed40 when my body weight was 90.5 kg I was not even able to do a single push-up but now I can do 15 push-up in a single set . My waist size was 40 inches then and now it's 33 . But one thing is that at that time my whole focus was on weight loss due to that I even loss some muscle mass but now I am gaining muscle mass just by doing exercises at home and taking high protein diet.

This is really great information, example if my maintenance calories is 2200 and I walk 10k step and some high intensity work out at home so total I able to burn 600 to 700 calories so I no need to cut my maintance calories.

I walk about 8 km each day ( 10 k steps) , however one needs to control calorie intake as well --- I keep an excel spread sheet and update it on a daily basis, since my weight is already normal ( 70.55 kg, Height 172.00 cm), I don't have an issue with my BMI. The benefits of this walk are it keeps me charged for the full day, good and peaceful 6 / 7 hours of sleep, improved concentration and so on. Good luck and keep at it, one day at a time.

I am doing a brisk walk sir for 45 minutes in the morning touch 7500 steps in the morning and immediately doing exercises for 20 minutes,and sir After lunch 1500 steps of walk and after dinner 1500 steps by walk ,sir is good for reducing fatty liver, sugar, over all is it good for the health,I am touching 50,and doing these things from last 15 years,

Mr Chopra I really want to share this so that I can be a good example for anyone who needs to know. I have lost 70 lbs by just walking everyday 5kms Walking is very effective. Ppl think I have done something else because they truly think walking cannot be so effective but it is .Our ancestors were healthy Because they used to walk a lot, be it for school, college, groceries or anything they had no other option apart from their two limbs to rely on.

Excellent video 👌. Have been walking 10 to 15 thousand steps along with strength training since a week. My waist has gone down by 1 inch and I can see descent improvements in muscle defination which i usually get in approx 3 weeks

I don't eat any packed foods or junk food.. I just eat ghar ka khana (no oil on very less oil) mostly daal, chicken, chana, vegetables, (beef sometimes.)I eat curry(non veg /veg)without roti or chawal and sometimes with chawal/roti.. If I am eating roti i will take 2 rotis and if chawal then 1 katori....it fluctuates between 700 to 800 calories per day.. I drink milk tea with sugar but sometimes(like once in a week)for my sugar cravings I eat dates or fruits (limited)... I walk 10000 steps in a day... I do all household works..... Am I in the right direction????

I like to take a 1 brake 1 stop ride for 45-50km under 7 - 8 hr on cycle atleast once a week pluse 10000 steps per day. Where i live humidity most of the time stayes above 70+ and heate never crosses 35°c+ . Most of the time i walk i prefer the most unpleasant time which is 11 - 3 under the direction sunlight

I always carry a Omron Pedometer in my pocket.It motivates me to complete 10k plus steps on a daily basis. Psychological conditioning and continous motivation is a must.

Sir, I eat my last meal of the day at 7pm. And then I only drink water. After that I go to gym at 10pm. I am obese. And want to lose weight and fat. Though I lost a couple of kilos. But am I doing something unhealthy? Or something wrong for long term? PS: It perfectly suits my schedule though. And eat healthy all day. And since I eat some carbs at 7, I can workout with strength at 10.

sir if we walk 10000 steps our body shall burn 1000 calories.. Sir If We are building muscle,we need caloric surplus but 10k steps will Burn those calories we store for muscle building

For weight gain, your calories intake should be more. Exercise n walking will burn your calories but make your muscles stronger. You will be healthy. So if you want go gain weight you continue exercise plus consume healthy foods to gain weight.

I would suggest kettle-bell training. There are many programs but just the simple 2 handed swing - start from 50 a day and take it to 500 over a period of time - combine it with push ups - that is a good way to reduce weight. Kettlebell swings and push ups are actually called - the perfect pair because they hit every muscle in your body and blast fat. Here is a simple Perfect Pair program - even if you have bone spurs, you can do this and I would say 3 months of this followed by 3 months of swimming, combined with a traditional Indian meal 3 times a day is a good way to lose fat and stay in shape. kettlebellsworkouts.com/30-day-kettlebell-challenge/
