I'm doing walk post meals since my college days.. earlier I was used to go with my grandfather . Now I'm going alone or with my mom. When I m alone then I listen just 10 favorite songs for the day or I listen your recorded live Q & A. It's always amazing to go for walk after dinner..5th benefit sir I think I should have included that's better sleep . Walking for almost 30-45 minutes enhance the quality of sleep as whole body is engaged in walking..mood bhi happy happy rehta he

thankyou very much sir mujhe hamesha yhi doubt rehta tha ki post meal fast chalna hai ya normal speed me aaj vo apne door kar diya. aur sir kya hume meal k baad walk k liye kuch gap bhi lena chahiye ya meal k turant baad walk karna chahiye.? aur sir kya post meal stairs pe chal sakte hai kyun ki ab garmi k mosam me dopher me tej dhop me bahr nhi ja sakte isliye.?

i think one should not walk immediately..i sit for half an hour after breakfast..lunch or dinner....then walk for 15 to 20 minutes moderate speed...not more
