Every time a bf didn’t post me, or share the story I tagged him in I found out a few months later they were cheating. There is no reason for a bf to not share that he has a girlfriend on their private account. Unless they are entertaining other girls.
@@apmg924 ok, but the question here is why social media? Why does everyone have to prove there relationship online? For validation? Cause seems to me it doesn't look like a relationship it's more like looking for validation from other online strangers instead and that's a real turn off.
I will never share anything on social media about my relationship. Some followers or contact list are haters who are there waiting to analyse what you post or your profil update. I regret the years i lost scrolling on social media i am asking God to forgive me because i did not use time properly . Social media is like wasting life in Poubelle.
Over thinking it. My brother is saving for a ring for his girlfriend of 3 years and never not once posted her. He’s not into social media. Some people just aren’t.
NOT being into social media is totally different from someone who likes to post a lot on there (about theyr life ,no matter what it is and theres LOTS of them) , someone who isnt into it mainly ,that is actually quite different. And it isnt always overthinking either, i dated and met men who actually had gf already (but wanted to get into a relationship with me) they hid theyr contact to other women and therefore did not post theyr actual gf on social media. Its not just black and white, in some cases its really nothing behind it , but someone there is.

@@mxd-1990asn my thing is this what was the reason that he created his social media page in the first place was it because to only post about his relationship I mean this generation is so wrong gone into social media to the point that you think that if a partner decides to have privacy in a relationship and doesn't pose his romantic relationship out there all of a sudden that means he doesn't love you do you realize that social posting your relationship on social media can have toxic impacts as a woman myself I do not post any of my boyfriends on social media or any guy that I am interested in maybe my husband yes like do you people not value privacy in a romantic relationship anymore like what by him posting you until show Media what is that going to accomplish how is that going to help your relationship out the only thing that is going to accomplish is people liking the photo or making either rude disgusting and disrespectful remarks about you the girlfriend or having other people try to ruin a good and healthy relationship
Yeah my boyfriend isn’t into it either the only thing he ever posts is about Jesus related things but he barely posts anything on their. Plus he’s too busy with work.

That depends on many aspects. Some men are actually never really sure about any woman , they just keep having contact with several women, i have male relatives and friends who are like this (now all 35-40+ years old and still they never have anything really serious cause they find too many women physically attractive and want to keep it that way, cause they dont want to be able to only have sexual interaction with only one person, theyre also not very fond of having kids etc, they want to be 100% free at all times, which is fine...if they wouldnt LIE to those women. And that is the main problem ,in my opinion. But they wont change that either cause they know ,most women will leave them if they would know the truth...) they had the same mindset in theyr 20s and it never changed until today (maybe it does with some of them but who knows) .... - ingenerally men often have other options (if they are socalled ''players'') even IN a relationship. Many are not like ,but at the same time many are. You just somehow have to find someone whos on the good side.

Social Media is not real life. I believe in privacy of a relationship. Especially on social media. People do not need to know and can use anything to negatively affect a person. My partner and I prefer to keep our dating life private or not see a reason to post our love life on social media.
My bf posted our photo once and that was when we started dating. After that he never post anything about us, not even about my birthday (which I thought it would be something special for him too). At first, I'm just fine with that. But later I found out he's still liking other girl posts (he likes many of her posts).
Possibly kept their options open secretly hiding not knowing they in a relationship. You gotta at least one post of your partner if not something wrong especially on Facebook relationships status still says single especially been dating for few months seems a bit a red flag not saying should rush everything but after been couple of dates something should consider. Or the person feels uncertain about their relationship feelings it won’t last
I asked my boyfriend to post me on social media and he says the usual “he likes privacy” yet posts his selfies and all every day and has bunch of women commenting on his post and he replied to one of the girls saying he look hot with “😝🤗” I after I confronted him about it he said it’s his “homie”. Right every time there’s some female weird activity it’s always a “homie”. What a bunch of crap, I think I’m safe to believe he is cheating at this point. He refuses to even change his status on fb to “in relationship “and we’ve been together for some years now , it’s sad
I would find out his passwords to all his accounts including his phone & start changing his his accounts to relationship and post lots of pictures of us on all his social media accounts lol 😂 he be wondering why his account is different including no women on it because I would delete all them off & if he doesn’t have you on his account I would add myself to his account 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Major red flag for a long-term relationship. If new, yeah. Not so much. If they don’t celebrate you, then it’s also sad. The occasional “look at my amazing person” post isn’t offensive or harmful. For public figures, people are watching because they’re interested in you and your life, not just what you do. Your partner is a major part of that. You don’t necessarily even need to post about the person and/or add content featuring them or tons of personal details, but just a “my gf/bf/fiance/husband/wife/partner did this cute thing or sent me this lovely gift or thinks that I should… Most public figure accounts I know openly feature their partners in a specific way (maybe just as arms or a cameraman making the occasional comment), and it often adds to the content.

Suggest posting it on your social media but not in a forceful way. Just take a selfie with him on his phone and be like "oooo thats cute you should post that" and if he reacts weird about it then he doesnt want his other side chicks to find out he's in a relationship with you. See hownhe reacts first.
Mine won’t post our wedding pictures then told me well I’m post on Facebook..he don’t even be on Facebook..but posted endless pictures in stories of his friends and even our daughter in his story and picture of her on his page..I rarely post him but again rarely doesn’t mean I dont..I can’t count on my hand how many times he posted a picture of us..not even my birthday or holidays..but his friends will get a s/o or birthday post..I just want someone to comment that I’m not being crazy..he said he is private but if your private why post our daughter..we are married now..we got professional pictures taken and he don’t want to post our pics..like huh
You’re not crazy. His behavior is hurtful and invalidating. Try to come up with a compromise about the issue, like him making sure to post on your Birthday or sharing tagged posts with both of you in it. Unfortunately, social media is used for cheating. Your partner should want you to feel assured and valued. Best of luck

Lol, no. If you've been in a relationship for 3 years, then don't fret about the fact that she doesn't post you on social media dude. The thing is, not everybody has to post every single thing that they enjoy on social media. And that is a fact.
Have a weird one , my boyf & I don’t have the same circles or friend groups . I’m currently in his home country . I just changed my WhatsApp pic of us and he got upset and said it would trigger people. We live together . I look after his kids (as a step mum) . I’ve met his family. He looks after me . But why would it bother him for me to post us? I don’t get it .

Okay, that’s really weird. I don’t think you should be concerned about him posting you, that’s just how some people are. But comments of likes? I feel like there could be something else going on, you should definitely do some digging or confront him about it
If he doesnt want you to comment under hisnstuff thats definitely suspicious and always go with your gut. If youre in a position where youre even questioning it.... he's hiding something.
I know of a similar situation where the guy doesn't even follow the woman who keeps posting him nor does he allow her to follow him. But he keeps adding other women and liking their posts but doesn't like or comment on her posts of them.
