Hey Doc! Can you do a segment on selenium sulfide? Cheers! I have read online that it is carcinogenic. Is this true? It seems to work wonders for my dandruff and helping with itchy skin issues. I was told to switch to selenium sulfide as opposed to head and shoulders as a pharmacist told me the latter can cause irritation for some people.
The only true hydrogenated water comes from the water being electrolyzed; not by having magnesium added, and I have the Kangen vwater machine that does just that. I have used it for 5 years and it does exactly what they say it can do. It revitalizes every organ in your body and gives you energy galore. Arthritis pain slowly disappears. Spectacular water because its like nature in a box, no added chemicals.
@@MrJerry8159until it was proven it was only a placebo effect then it'd stop working. It's a strange one the placebo effect it's actually fascinating.
Makes sense…this guy is representing a newspaper. Prob paid off to make people believe anything natural that’s healthy is quackery. I mean he even has the duck, so he can use that term. That bought and paid Drs and media personnel have used for decades. If anything this strengthens my belief in it.
Honest question here, do you think you drank the same amount of water prior to this? I'm quite intrigued by this but with anything, I am skeptical so I'm trying to find some answers from those who have used it.
@@Rangpariyapriyanshu I have taken magnesium for decades with improvements in my health. 350-400 enzymatic processes in your body need magnesium to work properly.
Hydrogen is very soluble in water under normal air pressure, elevation and room temperature up to 1.6ppm or 1600ppb in fact. Electrolysis is a much preferred process to metallic tasting magnesium tablets with toxic coatings. Studies have been conducted in Asia foe my than half a century, in fact, the government is official supporting and funding many of those studies which have been published in nature and other very reputable publications. Some of the people involved have been awarded with noble prices because of the contribution they made to science and human health. If 99% of the molecules in our bodies are water molecules and a water molecule is one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms, it becomes quickly apparent that hydrogen had a very important role for us. Oxygen is sufficiently available in the air, hydrogen is not.
Very sober analysis doc.Not ready to have a lot of faith in its efficacy, but in theory they are able to entertain positive results but seems too negligible at this point.
WAIT-A-Minuet............ Maybe we should be drinking the baby's bath water because anyone with a degree in plumbing knows that your water heater has a magnesium anode rod in it, so there is no need to purchase anything else. Bonus points for electric water heaters because you end up with a bit of electrolysis going too!
😂😂😂. he basically is saying: “ i saw the studies, scientific studies. But i think it’s quackery “. He gives no arguments, no real reasons why he dislikes it. he just pulls his opinion out of his a**. I think he is the quack. 😂😂
Don't throw out the dog along with the baby in the bathwater. Use a sieve! Also if you drink allot of hydrogenated water, don't smoke. Remember the Hindenburg.
You should research it a little more if you don’t mind me saying so. Gary Breka and professor Andrew Huberman have done extensive studies. I am living proof as I have suffered and do suffer with chronic inflammatory disease and since I drank this my CRP dropped immediately xx
You sitting here and simply speculating is exactly what quackery is. Hydrogenated water is not made by adding native Mg to water, it is made using electrolysis.
The bubbles certainly are highly flammable. I had one of these hydrogen cells pumping the gas into my cars intake manifold. It increased my milage and kept my engine spotlessly clean.
What do you mean a "few questionable human studies"? I can see many studies from reputable universities that are randomized double-blind and placebo-controlled. And from many different countries. It's important to note that the mechanism by which such small concentrations of hydrogen (parts per billion) can affect the body is not yet fully understood. This has led to some skepticism in parts of the scientific community. However, dismissing the potential benefits based solely on the low concentration may be premature, as there are other examples in biology where trace amounts of substances can have significant effects.
Somehow I picked up some vibes somewhere that this guy likes rubber ducks :) But seriously, between this stick, and the other "hydrogen water" sales forces out there, there is nothing but a lot of hot air.....er......hydrogen gas......floating around in this marketing ploy, and it goes back to the old "a fool and his money are soon parted" saying.
I see a lot of negative reviews here, but one thing I noticed is that people are not good at listening! This man mentioned one very important point which anyone with a brain should be concerned! Hydrogen is NOT SOLUBLE in water! Wow! Then my friends who use these bottles, how then do you take in the generated hydrogen molecules which by the way would have escaped 90%???? Ok lets even assume you are able to get it into your system,. them how will it be absorbed into your blood since its water insoluble????? I think something else is going on with these bottles! We need truthful investigation to actually know whats happening!
This is a very limitted and non conclussive review by someone with limitted knowledge on the subject and kitchen methods of determining what is what.. There are over 130 studies that prove the benefits. I would not be too quick to listen to this man on this subject and most definately listen to more qualified experts if you want the whole truth.
I’ve taken chemistry years ago. Hydrogen and oxygen bond to form water. It is about as perfect a bond you can get. So I’ve questioned if you can even get extra hydrogen this way. It sounds like a lot BS to me. Seen one man claim it adds an extra hydrogen to the water molecule. May need someone with more chemistry knowledge, but I don’t think that is possible. Maybe better off saving your money.
Molecular hydrogen (h2) is not elemental hydrogen (h1)……… if you took chemistry- you know this… all any of these tools do is create h2 gas which can then be consumed through drinking.
Looks like you need to go back to school if you don’t understand. Plus there’s a bunch of ways to test for the hydrogen in the water. You sound like an idiot
There are over 2500 peer-reviewed scientific articles and many well-controlled human studies on the benefits of hydrogen consumption, some published in prestigious journals like Nature Medicine. Despite this, he refuses to adapt and sounds like a quack.
@@Ashes-bi4ig and how many of these papers have u read yourself? Just bcos there are 2000+ research papers does not make them true! If this thing was truly effective, I know one thing.. it will not be out there easily! It would be suppressed!
Just because the concentration is low, it doesn't mean the substance isn't potent. For instance, certain toxic gases can be lethal even at extremely low concentrations, measured in parts per billion. Examples include: 1. Sarin Gas: This nerve agent is highly toxic, and exposure to just 0.0001 milligrams per liter of air (0.1 ppm) can be fatal. 2. Hydrogen Cyanide: Known for its potency, hydrogen cyanide can be deadly at concentrations as low as 300 parts per million (ppm). Due to its tiny size, molecular hydrogen can diffuse across membranes and penetrate into virtually every organ and cell in the body, including the mitochondria, which are often referred to as the powerhouses of the cell. Example of Hydrogen reacting with peroxynitrite: H2 + ONOO- → H2O + NO-2 The reaction leads to the conversion of dangerous radicals into water (H₂O) or other non-toxic molecules.
