Excellent video. I got the bottle from Purify. The bottle I got is FDA approved. But it does use the DuPont membrane to generate the hydrogen. Now I wonder if I should save and get a different brand. But all the research I did, others said to get the DuPont…I’ve used mine for over two months. I no longer get headaches. I use to get them often. 3-5 times a month. I have better energy levels when working out. My joint pain has decreased greatly.

It's your decision really but Dupont are linked to forever chemicals. They made tons of water proof, stain proof products that turned out to be highly toxic to the environment and build up in our bodies. I don't want that in contact with my drinking water. I made a video about this.

I am testing a bottle I bought from Cn Temu store. I sensed the taste of the water changes a bit, my tongue feels refreshed and my sinus headache immediately diminishes, my tired eyes that I find hard to keep open immediately open up and feels rested. With that my posture also changes to a more awake and livid. I think it does change something in my body.

Ou can do it, ive done it, the more you use the inhalers the more you need them, the less you use them the less you need them. I use celtic salt a lot in my diet and dissolve a few grains on my tongue if i feel a bit 'tight' or congested, i rarely need to do this now after 3 years without inhalers. If you get a cold, get any jucus build up in sinuses, lungs, try lungwort tea and/or mullein tea as well as the seasalt, very effective. I also practice good breathing techniques, Buteyko is one of several. Watch your posture, concave chest and forward head position is common amongst asthmatics. In time, you can definitely throw away those inhalers 👌👍😊

Thanks for your reply, glad you've seen it 😊 i rushed myvreply so a few typos, should read 'mucus' build up for starters! I have been so amazed by my own experience after being on ever increasing doses of inhalers since the age of 12 (now in my fifties), i seize every opportunity to pass this info on to others fiagnosed and being treated for asthma. I know about and have witnessed the long term effects of inhalers, steroidal inhalers are even worse, im so glad i can help others 😊 i aldo have connected accidentally with other people doing the same as ne and all have agreed that celtic seasalt has the most profound effects along with various breathing techniques. I wish you well!

I just ordered the one you have I did buy one from amazon and when I tested with the blue drops, even though it claimed 1200PBB the water turned blue indicating 0 hydrogen measured! I got the version JOE Rogen endorsed. It is glass, it took time to get here. I just had some earlier. It is stamped HYDROGEN GENERATOR but not the PEM as you mention. It does help mood, I'm pestered to get my bloodwork done, so i will do this 14 days then do the bloodwork and see how it turns out. I did try it in the past, I don't think I was consistent at all. As of today, the timer is started. Thank you for your video.

just my thought but you mentioned how you did not feel any difference using the hydrogen bottle but maybe because your healthy already, so the benefit is very miniscule? I would think someone else who has a poor diet/lifestyle with inflammation would notice a difference when switching over to hydrogen water.

Thats a great point! I think someone with a poor lifestyle may feel some immediate effects, but won’t last or have substantial benefits without changing the other areas of their lives, food, exercise, managing stress, eliminating toxins from their immediate environment. Getting and staying in optimum health in a world of chemicals is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. Once the cells begin to heal, the rest of the body will come in alignment. Thanks for sharing

Use the Hydrogen Bottle that Gary Brecka promotes. I received mine about a week ago. I think it’s the echo go plus. I got the blue one. Anyway, I noticed my shaking went away, slept better had more energy and felt more clear headed. It maybe a placebo effect but it’s working in my personal opinion.

Never use distilled. You need electrolytes in the water for this to work.

You can use distilled as long as you add salt or any kind of mineral. I avoid tap water. Not sure about alkalized

Avoid distilled water 💧 you want those minerals.

Distilled water is pure. Just add some sea/Celtic salt and you’ll be fine with the mineral content.

Yes I didn't understand why some brands say you can use distilled water (in theory you cannot run electrolysis on water without electrolytes) and others say you can't. Just make sure you add some salt or magnesium before you put it in the bottle.

I doubt it. The bottles infuse hydrogen whereas the tablets have additional crappy ingredients in them like dextrose 👎

Hydrogen tablets are magnesium and do react with the water to release hydrogen gas, but you're also using a chemical to create the reaction that our electrolysis process does naturally.

This isn't alkaline water. That does nothing. The products he's talking about releases molecular hydrogen gas from H2O and dissolve some of it back into the water where it will remain for about 15 to 20 minutes before evaporating. In that time when you drank the water filled with H2 gas, it works as an extra boost of antioxidants.

The white glass one you show,i had one of these and it exploded, whilst I was in the kitchen,so tbh,id be very careful when purchasing,to get the poly carbonate type,im not recommending what brand i have now, because otherwise it will probably go up in price...But do your own research...This technology has been around since the 1960s in Japan,so to anyone saying its "snake oil" its because you bought a cheap one....Its the same as when someone says "a supplement doesn't work " because there are many cheap inferior products about.....A h2 titration test kit,can be used to test your own product

I bought that exact bottle and it worked for me for maybe about 2 weeks until it wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. I followed all the instructions that the support team suggested, and the bottle still would not work again. I did get a partial refund, but I was so disappointed. I still have hope in that brand, and hope to buy the newer version bottle to give them another chance.

@@ionbottles The negative reviews on both bottles make me quite reluctant to try your product. I’d be happy to leave a positive one if it worked but I don’t have $100 with which to gamble. Even the recent ones are mostly negative. Everything sounds perfect until I read the reviews.

@@larsonfamilyhouse we try to make every one of our customers happy, unfortunately, that is not easy. The negative reviews typically revolve around shipping time we have had issues in the past with 10-day shipping time, but we have fixed that to 3-5 days. The other is the leaking issue, but this is quickly resolved by the user tightening the glass on the bottle.

So are you treating all the water you consume? You know - like making your tea with it? Or would boiling it negate the hydrogen? Can you look into structuring water please? And the gadgets that claim to do this?

I bought mine off of Amazon! I immediately noticed a difference after drinking one bottle! It really helped reduce some of my inflammation and help with my pain! I drink 3 of them a day! I got the Hydrolite bottle. I am certain it is made in China and is the exact same bottle you've got, also now being marketed by another name. I've had it for 6 months and recently tested the hydrogen levels, they are still ok but nowhere near their claims and down from when I got it. I'm 50, I'm finding better, deeper sleep, more level energy and. I've even got hair growing back.

user-sh9ft2ef6u, try this : 1/4 cup best olive oil. 2 Tablespoons of lemon squeezed juice. 1 Tablespoon raw apple cider vinager. Stir well. Drink. Usually stops pain at 20 minutes. It melts the calculi points on the stones so they slide out without shredding you. You need more magnesium to stop this. See if Dr. Berg has anything on this subject, he is best on everything else. PS. Pure Epsom Salts is pure magnesium and absorbs best for me. A pinch into cold water. 3 giant sips is 1 dose, ignore undisolve part in bottom of glass. Your needs vary with stress. On a high pe$ticide€ day you need more. Watch your body.

How do these bottles ad extra hydrogen to a closed air tight bottle of water? And if it is, where is it getting the extra hydrogen from? It is either separating the oxygen from the hydrogen that is in the bottle, making the hydrogen into a gas, or it is getting hydrogen from outside the bottle, and how would that be done? If it is converting the hydrogen within the bottle into a gas, and that is giving the health benefit, why don't you and the bottle manufactures just say that?

How many ppm does each bottle produce which you endorse please? And in how much water? That is what is the important factor in terms of effectiveness. If hydrogen is in a high enough concentration in water you should be noticing definite health benefits from around 10 minutes after consuming it as it takes that amount of time for it to diffuse from stomach to skin. 14 days of not noticing much is not very encouraging.

This does not add extra hydrogen it only splits existing hydrogen from the H2O and it will escape when you open the bottle so you actually get less hydrogen than the original water. Unless you have hydrogen gas and add it to water which is probably impractical. This is only a placebo if you notice ant differance.
