If you've ever visited a new home community you've probably found yourself being wowed by the model home. These things are loaded with all the upgrades and designer features the home builder can fit in them, and many buyers will line up to purchase these homes when they come available. But there are drawbacks that come with buying the model as well, and in this video, I'll be sharing the experience of a client of mine who purchased a model home for themselves.
