As always very nice thought provoking ideas for everyone to figure out what they’re going to do with their machine. Always down to earth and practical while giving options. Everyone has different reasons for a laser as well as space restrictions which you cover. Thanks again

I'm kinda in this boat right now. My production is ramping up and I can see this becoming a full blown business for me. The issue I am running into though is speed. Thinking about getting another diode laser just to be able to do 2 at once but I am really wanting to do faster and larger cuts. Plus, being able to do multi colors for acrylic earrings seems to be a pretty decent addition for cost vs sale price.

Thank you for this video! You did an amazing job of breaking down the pros and cons of the various CO2 lasers out there. It's refreshing to hear honest opinions. Almost everyone else has received a free laser, and becomes a paid spokesperson with absolutely nothing negative to say. Keep it up, my friend!

Thank you very much. While I agree free lasers do have some influence (some are even paid), the viewers can also be intolerable if you point out the bad things about 'their' brand. There is really very little incentive for a channel to point out the bad things, so they don't. “Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome.” - Charlie Munger

We share the same ideas. I want to get the larger laser, but I don't have room. I'm looking into my next purchase to expand. I'm not ready, but doing the homework. I'm looking at a desktop C02 or a fiber laser. My future will have both, but not at the same time. Thanks for the info, Eric.

That is what I made the videos for. You would need to know the context, or you may not even need them.

I'm nowhere near this decision...but, in a primarily dusty woodshop with currently 1 diode laser (enclosure), should I even consider a CO2? Or consider curtains, etc. to keep it a "clean room area"?

I really could not say. It is a personal preference
