I've had my G37 coupe for just about a decade - it's an 09 moonlight white coupe, and it's been super reliable. Not a single major issue in the 10 years I've had it. Glad I didn't get an old 335i or something like that lol. Totally worth it especially with the prices now. Even though it's 15 years old, it doesn't look outdated at all! Still looks great to this day
2008 g37s with 98k miles, had it for three years with absolutely no problems. Going in this coming thursday to change out the cats to ISR high flow cats, and also replacing the oil gallery gaskets with Z1. Love my car 💯
Clean bro. I have the same one but issa 2010. Interior is slightly different. Brown accents. My brother gave it to me after he hit a guardrail. Bumper damage only! Mine also has a Megan exhaust, it's straight piped, dual cold air intakes and a light tune = 380hp roughly. Absolutely love it. I plan to get the IPL front only, possibly a carbon hood and trunk, and wheels and suspension. Interior probably covers for everything (seats and dash). Tesla screen also.
Yeah, VDC is just Nissan's name for their traction/stability control. Vehicle Dynamic Control. Annnd while these are nice, the coupe's basically a luxury packaged 370Z. It's okay. It'll get the job done just fine. I'd probably focus on drivetrain, suspension, and go fast bits, I'm not really the biggest hotboi fit fan. But it's definitely a bit odd how much more expensive these are to mod than the previous G35/350Z. One gen up really makes a lot of pocket change disappear.
i just picked an 08 up and wanna swap out to the 7 speed and a newer motor mine is at 199k lol the aftermarket is pretty expensive if you want quality parts but ive gotten lucky and found a few local part outs and scored some decent parts
I got a 2013 coupe graphite shadow with 24k miles on it. Had it for about 8 years. Rarely use it, also have a Toyota Camry that’s my work car got like 130k miles lol. So my g37 got that young engine
I almost bought one. But it was a 2011. If your going to get one go with 2013 model and up. All previous models use a paper gallery gasket and it WILL go out on you eventually. Then bye bye motor.
I always loved this car but never had the money. I still don't have that kind of money but since now they are old used car maybe I can afford one. Hopefully I can.
Depending on the year you can get a G37 coupe 2008 for about 7-10k it’s 5 speed 2009-13 12-16k because it’s a 7speed Q40 base 14/15 13k-17k max can find some for 12k the same 7 speed
Sounds pretty good considering the year and mileage. If the interior is good, awesome. Z1 intakes gives the car some horsepower gains probably 15+. If u want to spend 11.5 maybe negotiate and get it to a solid 11 then go for it if you have the money!
I have bought new 2014 qx50 . The underside is unreasonably rusty but otherwise satisfactory purchase . “Made in Japan.” They made in Mexico now. I would stay away from current ones.
i gotta ‘08 37 i hate that it doesn’t have bluetooth audio, in black. ima get the bluetooth audio, i need a good bose head unit but i dont think they have one 😢, it has black seats and tan roof.. it kinda sputters at idle and the doorjam pops and crackles 😂😂😂
