One trick that I’ve incorporated into my fast because I’m also wanting to gain muscle while losing fat is easy drinking low car protein shakes after my workouts and not counting it as breaking my fast. It’s fulfilling and and I still losing weight drinking them and they make me feel full.

Yeah, you gotta do what works for you! I know a lot of people feel that if you eat less than 500 calories, you are still fasting (for weight loss purposes).

@@TheChristopherFam yes I’ve heard of that too with Alternate Day fasting, but I think once you start chewing actual food the fast is broken. The bottom line is you need to realize what’s your individual purpose of fast is and work to stay motivated to see it through without cheating or breaking it early. One thing I’ll say is that fasting and low carb definitely works for fast weight loss. I lost 100lbs from May 2022 to Jan 14. 2023 with various fasting and low carb methods.

🤗Juicing along with raw fruit/veggie eating only, would definitely accelerate your weight loss journey... 😵It's just an extremely hard commitment... I lost about 50lbs in 6weeks no exercise... It's best to do it in the spring and summer, bc most fruits are in season and the warm weather helps to prevent craving cook foods...
