Definitely getting it for the four *NEW* animals. They just look so amazing and I can't wait to display them in my parks, especially Pachyrhinosaurus and Attenborosaurus. My one complaint is Huayangosaurus being included as exclusive to the pack when it was a starting dinosaur in the first game. Why not just include it in the starting roster and then have a *NEW* stegosaur like Wuerhosaurus, Miragaia or Tuojiangosaurus in the Deluxe Edition?

I feel like it was just on the border for what got cut or not (they have shown what has been hatched the most so I'm guessing they have data on all the dinos and how much they are used) so they just put it into the deluxe for those who want extras but it isn't a major loss for those without it.

I pre ordered the deluxe because obviously it means more creatures for more variation and also more building customisation so it just feels worth it for those who care for those things. That and going off of what has been said about the campaign it makes sense to me to have the DPG skins on while saving the dinosaurs. Also I hope Styracosaurus comes back.

IMO yes. For a start, I want them DPG vehicle skins. I love the idea of DPG becoming a proper public service instead of a fringe charity. I can afford it given that I am gonna play it on my PS4 instead of buying a PS5 and will probably wait for the game to cheapen before I buy it too, given that all my computer game playing time has been spent on making music instead for the last year or so, meaning I have plenty of JWE1 Sandbox ambitions yet to be made real.

They’ve released a new screenshot of the raptors for Tuesday trivia and when they released the image of 2 Rexes, we had the Rex field guide that same week so you can bet that the field guide we get tomorrow is the velociraptor!!

I'm most definitely getting deluxe and doing the pre-order for the vehicle skins. The pachy, Atten, and the geosternbergia I'm most excited for. Let's keep it real Huayang could've been replaced with a new and unique stegasaur such as wuerhosaurus. Nevertheless I'm gettin it.

I really hope you can upgrade later. I wanted the physical copy of the game to go alongside my JWE1 game case. I could only pre-order the standard edition though. As far as I can tell, only the standard edition is available for physical copies. It was the same with JWE1 though. So here's hoping 🤞

I preordered the physical copy and buying the deluxe separately for that pachyrhinosaurus. Also I feel like they added the pachyrhinosaurus in the deluxe edition to get more people to buy as it was a highly requested dinosaur.

I bought it yesterday because I was worried I'd miss the extra content. I was told u could get deluxe at release but a girl RU-vidr says the lost world vehicle skins wouldn't be available so I went ahead and pre ordered the digital version. I really want the disc version because I'm old school and just like having the case and disc to admire haha 😄

I think it would be cool if the parks were inside some kind of glass dome. Then you could have the flying reptiles free from the cages and it would justify the map limitations. Would be sweet to have them flying around the park. The camera view and everything could be as it is now. Or maybe have some kind of electric collar that keeps them in the park area.

Man I love and can't wait for this game. When I was a kid I played Jurassic World genesis so this is so nostalgic. I also love the sandbox mode as a reptile keeper cuz for me the funnest part of keeping animals is making their home the coolest it can be

Definitely for sure. Imagine Indominus Rex vs Spinosaurus vs Indoraptor. We haven't seen much of the Indoraptor's true abilities yet. It's only been inside and the company didn't have much time to give him more screen time to display it's abilities.

i think that the deluxe edition is totally worth it, even though most of the dinosaurs in it look similar from ones from standard edition, a lot of the dinosaurs have their own animations so even if the deluxe edition dinosaurs look similar they probably will have their own unique animations

Just want to point out that these dinos may have something more special to them stat-wise. Like how the rating for the dlc dinos were often higher than their similar looking base game counterparts.

The real question: are the vehicle skins worth however much less I'd pay if I were to wait for a sale instead of preordering? (I know this game will have more than JWE, but I suppose I'm hesitant about paying full price after preordering JWE and being left a certain level of underwhelmed by it.)

Megalosaurus will probably use the same or very similar rig to Allosaurus. Although my problem with JWE wasn't the reuse of animations or rigs, it was few animations there were and how there were no differences in rigs for up to like 8 different animals.

I can see the Geosternbergia being too similar to the Pteranodon but considering the whole snake thing the Plesiosaurus has going on I'd say Attenborosaurus is certainly different enough, same with Pachyrhino

Instead of Geosternbergia I would like to see Tapejara or maybe Quetzalcoatlus in JWE:2 in deluxe edition. Also better instead of Attenboroughsaurus would be Elasmosaurus or maybe Basilosaurus or Archelon maybe. Instead of Huayangosaurus I would put carnivorous dinosaur: Crilophosaurus or maybe Yutyrannus
