As someone who done both. My life is better as an internal Recruiter. Set salary and I have job orders. The HUGE downside is that I can be laid off literally any day just like thousands of recuiters have been lately.

Hey Kadz, hope all is well. I have a good niche and i am sending emails less than 100 a day but i am getting 2 to 3 client enquries problem is i am struggling to get candidates should i use indeed what would you suggest
