Ok so I just finished watched the video I really still like the Pomsky

I have one of each! Yep, we got our pomsky when our Shiba was about 1 year old, so they pretty much grew up together. They've always got along great. Now we have puppies from them, too! I turned my head for 5 seconds and my Shiba was on her, but it was a miracle in disguise because now we're selling the litter. I still can't believe my girl had 7 puppies!

Next week friday we will go get Akira, our female Shiba Inu:) Everything at home is ready and even our other dog should be more or less ready for her! We've been waiting over o year for her, but waiting was definitely worth it, since the breeder is already doing a lot of work with the puppies being a behavioral vet himself! My pomski in intelligent in some way but in ither ways no.. my dog wasn’t train well so she pees on a pad and she always runs on the road but if you get A REALLY GOOD TRAINER/breeder you should be fine and definitely get a gate just in case

Our Pomsky resembles a Shiba and everyone thinks it’s a Shiba and we have to tell them he’s not - his coat is the same color, he has the upturned tail and similar face, but his eyes are husky blue.

You forgot a VERY important point on the Shiba Inu: if not trained properly, they can get really aggressive from an early age. Many Shiba Inus get so aggressive that owners cannot even touch them, and most dog trainers do not have the skills nor knowledge to train a dog like that. Shiba Inus in Japan are kind of like the Pitbulls in America (though not as intense) - too many people buy them without knowing the dangerous side of them and end up abandoning them to shelters because they can't deal with the dominance/aggression. In Japan, Shiba Inus are the No.1 dog breed that causes biting incidents, gets abandoned, and euthanised. Dog rescue groups are filled with Shiba Inus. It's so sad. Shiba Inus and all the other native Japanese dog breeds are very wolf-like in behaviour. In fact, the Shiba Inu is the dog breed closest to the wolf. When you are getting one of these dogs, you have to act like you're getting a wolfdog. You can't expect them to act like Retrievers or Shepherds or Mastiffs. You really need to have knowledge in dog psychology to properly understand these guys. Plus a strong-willed attitude, since they are very dominant by nature.

I've had Shibas for 11 years. My first one died from cancer in December. Now I have one Shiba, she's six. I'm looking for a new breed. I have no clue which breed to get.

and i bought a husky not knowing about pomsky, well my mom want to fly my dog over the outside wall hahaha just kidding, but, give her to my uncle... I expend to much resource on it, not only monetary, but emotional... This is my first dog i ever get, at least to me, my family always have about 3-6 dogs in house, soo is not knew to me dog stuff, but own one is really a new level of challenge... This husky i bought is really energy driven one, full of zooming and madness i try to avoid destruction using strolls and walks outside, command leassons, not sure why she listen to sit soo well and lay down soo badly, but will work i hope... i hope she stop eating my mom garden, already break 2 giant plant pots and eat some really valuable plants to my mom... well, i hope i can train it in time to not get a new home... i love her, she is the dog i always want and i guess with some trainning and more connection it could be exactly as i want... i a dog to travel and keep arround, but also funny to play tag or ball within, i not sure about fresby, maybe i try someday, also workout making walks, beach walks in sand and florest ones also included in the package LOL

Shiba Inus are just 10x easier to handle no doubt about that

My pomsky is not vocal whatsoever, I never heard her bark once during our first year together. She will not bark back at other dogs. She only barks if someone bangs on the door, window etc

Ensure you guy from Reputable/Experienced Breeder: Health and genetics of dog as well as quality and standards of ethical quality of the dogs - by "voting with your wallet" for greater quality control and higher standards you are improving life.
