Does occupancy mean weekly volume? I like apples to apples. If you're going to bonus them in dollars, then base it off of dollars coming INTO the practice. Reason being, it's easy for practices [this happened a LOT in earlier decades of Chiro when volume meant everything...] to see a LOT of people and make very little money. So you don't want a way that to happen, where you see more and more people for less and less and then you're bonusing on that BAD financial model. Does that help?
