Should you stay at the All-Inclusive Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites, Resort and Spa in Punta Cana?

Wonderful! So glad the video helped. There really is so much for the kids to do and staff to keep on eye on them; they will never be bored and mom and dad will get to relax.

Do you mind sharing where I can book the buggy excursion you did? Is it something an 11 and 15 year old can do?

We booked the boogie excursion with a guy on the beach named Juan. I believe the Company was called Rex Boogies. Once booked we just waited for the passenger trucks to pick us up at our reservation time in the parking lot next to the grand theater at the Bavaro. There were boogies for two people as well as 4 and 5 seater boogies so an 11 and 15 year old can definitely do it. We saw lots of families.

You will have a wonderful time and the resort is perfect for couples with kids. Lots of activities, pools and even daycare for the kiddos so you two can relax with a couple drinks at the ⛱️ beach or pool.

My wife and I did smoke some cigars we purchased from beach vendors but be wary some are counterfeit especially anything claiming to be Cuban. Stick to the Dominican brands like Arturo Fuente 👍

We absolutely loved Bahía Principe Luxury Amber, which is adults only and you have access to all the adjacent Bahía Principe hotels as well, which gives you even more restaurant and entertainment options. My wife and I loved the beach too! I've also heard that the Lopesan hotel is very nice but we have not personally stayed there but are thinking about trying it out on our next visit to Punta Cana.

Hi! That's fantastic our video helped. The resort is wonderful for families with kids with a really cool castle to play in and lots of kids themed pools and playgrounds. The Indian restaurant was only temporarily closed that week so no worries it should be open again for your trip.

The first and most important answer is yes, unlimited drinks included 🤪 Regarding the restaurants, you should download the Grand Palladium app and I believe you can start making reservations the day before check-in or right after check-in. It's much easier than trying to make them at the front desk. Hope that helps!

Thank you, Janice! That is true, and unfortunately, not all rooms are on ground level. Our suite for example was on the third level towards the beach.

I actually do like them but they can be hit or miss. Everything was include, drinks restaurants and entertainment.

That is terrific! You'll love it and especially the Bávaro beach. Regarding the ala carter reservations, you can make them at the front desk but we found the best way is to download the Grand Palladium app and just make them there. It's more proficient (when the WiFi is working lol) and you can do them all at once for the week but be sure to make them the day you check-in because they fill up quick.

I missed that completely but the first time I was watching late at night, now after I watched for the second time I realized that you stayed at Bavaro, so it wasn't the Palace stay that gave you the free access to the gym.@@DavidFontana-LionsWork

I don't think it matters if you stay at the Bavaro, Punta Cana, Palace or the TRS Turquesa, the gym is included in the price. What is not included is access to the Spa next door. For that you will have to pay extra per day.@@mariuszpartyka7522

I would say yes definitely for families since there are a lot of activities for the kids. Another great resort for families is Bahia Principes just for another option in Punta Cana.

Nos alojamos en el lujoso Amber, pero el ideal para parejas con niños es el Fantasia. Todos los hoteles de Bahía Principes son Ultra Modernos y tienen maravillosas playas que mantienen muy limpias. Estoy seguro que tu y su familia van encantar.

We had the premium suite which is a step about the superior room. As you can see from the video, I was not too impressed with the rooms. The only other room better than the premium is the swim up pool suites but I think those are only for Club Members of the hotel. Hope this helps and thank so much for watching my video!

I guess my number one tip would be to download the Grand Palladium app. You don't have to be a member and it's free. From there, you can make all your restaurant reservations for the week, but I advise you to do them the first day you arrive because the times fill up fast. Another tip would be to bring your most comfortable shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking given the size of the four resorts. Finally, I would recommend that you subscribe to my channel if you haven't done so already...😆 Just kidding, but I would really appreciate it.

Yes, all the ala carte restaurants require reservations. If you download the Grand Palladium app, you make them all at once there for however many days you are staying 😉 Hope that helps.

I would say the rooms were the biggest disappointment for us but the rest of the resort is beautiful...

Lol...I'd give them at least an hour for breakfast, but I feel the sentiment for sure.

That is very hard to say since I have only stayed at about three of them. Of the three though, my favorite was the Bahia Principe Luxury Amber all-inclusive. It's adults only but you also have access to their other four hotels on campus which welcome kids. I hope that helps!

With so many better all-inclusive options in Punta Cana, I couldn't agree with you more. This is truely a hotel we will not be returning to for many of the reasons you mentioned.

That's what you do before and after the all-inclusive visit but not while your there...lol

Wasn't it great! You know I can't recall if they brought me a steak knife, but it was so tender a butter knife was probably enough. I'm really glad you enjoyed it like we did.
