Shoulder Pain Relief Exercises (5 Min Routine To Follow Along)
Today, I'm introducing a simple 5-minute shoulder rehab routine. While I'm calling it a 'rehab' routine, you can actually use it in two ways:
If you currently have shoulder pain-aching from exercising, poor posture, or any other reason.
Or, if you simply want to improve your shoulder health, increase mobility, and prevent injuries.
I will demonstrate the exercises. All you need to do is follow along.
Before we start, make sure you have a wooden stick or an elastic band at hand; that's what we're going to need.
