The evidence for that, being the case, comes in the form of exactly what Cartman did to Kyle simply because he laughed. There's no justification for intentionally infecting someone with HIV. Full stop. The very fact that Cartman thought that being laughed at was a good enough reason completely justifies any level of amusement Kyle got from Cartman's suffering in the first place. Kyle laughing was a direct result of the years of bullying, bigotry, and abuse that Cartman subjected him to up till that point.

Person born with HIV here: forced to take mine daily. 7 days. theres a shot that you can get in big cities if you're lucky enough thats once a month or three months. women I knew years ago in their teen years, not all, but a decent chunk of women I knew, who had HIV didn't care and would do the do with guys without telling them, and not caring if they got it or not. the viral load going down varies on the medication and your immunity to it. if you miss doses it can come back up and very slowly mutate and lose your immunity to that specific medication meaning you need to switch medicine types. and he's right, halfway through. Partially. No one really cares about HIV/AIDS patients anymore. They only really care when it can affect them. (telling your significant other). Plenty of relationships gone down the drain because you tell them before doing the do. and a lot of chances of good relationships not even starting. people are more understanding now, I guess, but either due to ignorance in learning or lack of teaching of it, without understanding, people are just as afraid of it if its their partner. They also ask you nearly every doctors visit if you're feeling depressed because it can/does cause depression for a lot of people. tl;dr HIV/AIDS sucks. As horrible as it sounds I'd rather have a light but permanent form of cancer.
