Many people in the world of Wing Chun train Chi Sau 90% of the time but if you ask them how to apply Chi Sau in a fight they have no idea. Many people who train Wing Chun don't even know how to get into Chi Sau in a fight. All they do is train Chi Sau as a drill in class every day.
