As someone whose wedding outfit was 100% secondhand and mostly vintage I approve this message. It’s worth a look if you’re in wedding season! It’s not all 80s and 90s princess cut out there I promise! I wore a gorgeous 1930s wedding “opera coat” with this epic train over a secondhand modern wedding dress for ceremony and an incredible 90s lace blazer over a vintage Betsy Johnson dress for the reception and the whole thing was a LOT cheaper than getting a new dress, even one from a more affordable boutique.

You and your mom are adorable! Also, she has one of the best closets on Poshmark, period.

You could definitely learn to date vintage clothing. It's fairly simple and would probably help the business to be a seller educated on your own pieces.

I got married in a vintage dress like that one your mom loves! I'm only like 5"1 and the one I have is around shin length. I got some sheer white lace socks and red Mary Jane kitten heels with 3 straps..curly updo, red lip and I made my own micro veil. Chef's kiss. I got married in a backyard and it was so perfect..I found the dress randomly for like 10 bucks and it fit perfectly! Also I'm gutted that that floral bright two piece set already sold! I went hunting on your mom's shop as soon as I saw it

“Pretty please with a cherry on top?” Is the saying I believe you’re thinking of, but there might be another I don’t know of that would work in the way you’re describing!

In english the saying is just ”cherry on top”. But in finnish we say ”kirsikka kakun päällä” which literally translates to ” cherry on top of a cake” so I think in english the cake is implied. 😂
