Whatever the age, everybody loves rice crackers in Japan. So do I, of course. And while there is a lot of choice within reach over there, it can be trickier overseas. So have yourself some homemade ones! Please try them out!

Ingredients :
- 70g glutinous rice flour
- 45g rice flour
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 130ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp sugar
- some nori seaweed
