Spring, Summer, Fall… The perfect weather for a nice lunch/bento box. I wanted to share with you a classic Hmong combo: Shredded smoked beef & rice. I’m taking these two combos and making them into rice balls to pack on a road trip, long haul flight, a picnic, or for my lunch. It’s so easy to make and super flavor!
