@@jasegage905 GOP has cut more services to Vets and other Americans than Democrats do. Has overspent every time in office while giving tax breaks to the ultra-rich every time. Has tried to cut SS, SSI, Vets Benefits and Snaps as "entitlement" programs. Meanwhile immigrants put in over 15% of the GDP every year and help keep food costs as well as housing costs low. Facts matter, lies are just excuses for racism in this case.

Voter intimidation by coercion or fraud is a federal crime punishable by up to a year in prison per incident. Sounds like whoever sent those could face several years in prison if caught.
While I agree with your statement I'm not sure it applies to this. Coercion usually requires a threat of violence and as for fraud there doesn't appear to be any official markings on the card stating it is from the Harris campaign. While its worded in a way that sounds like it is, I'm not sure that would hold up as fraud. This appears as more of someone sending a letter to make someone mad. But I could be wrong.
How are people not going to jail for all of the fake ads lying on TV, social media, and through the mail? These seditious extremists need to be held accountable.
