I got a set of two of the paracord keychains for $6.99 on amazon, the clips on mine work well and i got it so it could hang off my belt loop and into the back pocket of my pants. The best thing about this is that if you hold it by the keys, the clip can be used as a pretty sweet little EDC blackjack.
Very nice unboxing as always. I can totally see some of my younger nephews liking this stuff. Seems like an expensive "prepping starter" box but I can see the appeal. For the rest of the tenured & experienced preppers, it's mostly junk. Thanks for sharing and keep up the excellent work, Doc.
I have a few of that exact same flash light. I keep it clipped on the outside of backpacks. Since I don't store my good flashlights with the batteries installed I use the solar crank one just for getting into the bag
Well there's 30 mins of my life i won't get back. At least you can use the monocular to find your red tactical watch after it gets lost. Then use the survial kit to rescue it. Still love the vids. An good call on dumping this wasteful box.
Any outdoors company that sells a whistle loses my respect.Also I laughed hard when you opened the watch. Why dont those companies have real outdoors people put these together?

You say how SHTF repeats items over and over but geez this whole box was a repeat of its own self! How many crappy flashlights in one box? How many whistles can one get in ONE box? How many crappy fire starters can you get in ONE box. You got TWO tactical/survival bracelets/clip thingys. Honestly the best way I can describe this box is “a box of cheap shit you find at the counter of an Army Navy store” it wasn’t even worth the free price tag in my opinion
Enjoyed the vid, the items were all misc low grade items. Honestly i would just flat out buy whatever product or item that I'm interested in then to go ahead with the subscription to anyone box. This box doesn't justify 100 bucks. If the watch wasn't red/bright orange i would wear it, the other item of interest would be the cellphone binocular it appeared to be better quality. Not that i would purchase one but? Once again enjoy the vid, i would hate to be stuck somewhere with only the items found in this 📦 😆.
That Tanto Survivor was previously wrapped with zombie paracord and called an M48 Apocalypse Survivor. Works decent if you lash some carved scales onto the tang, but that sheath sucks.
You know, I give a lot of it away. Of the stuff I keep some just stays in the closet. But there are times where all of a sudden an item from 6 or 7 boxes ago is just the thing I'm looking for in a given situation. So nah, I dont use a ton of it.

I bought a BUDK camping mystery box and they sent me an old SHFT box of the month that was "camping" related... I wasn't expecting much, but thought they could had done something different than literally recycle an old box of theirs.

i got a gshock watch like a week ish ago, wich looks similar except its analog watch, and i mean, the one i have is black with blue backscreen, but way more tactical, its even solar charged, i mean if they call something tactical atleast make it have shit thats useful and such

Alpha Outpost gave that phone telescope... #1 it doesn't focus for shit on the phone... So getting clear pics is a bitch. #2 because it's made for a phone it doesn't work right just holding it up to your eye... That being said it's fuckin worthless 🤣👌
