That is an impressive light Chris, full white is banging and ample for most tank,.great to be back mate and thanks for your support it was most welcome bud.
That was a fantastic review my friend! I don’t worry about using timers, I manually turn on and off. It keeps me moving around better… but I will see about this one right now I have a cheap clip shop light, and it’s barely enough to keep my hornwort and moss alive.. this is much brighter, just what I need!
Thanks Vince for watching and commenting. I will see what I can do if my daughter's friend will print me up a few more.. no guarantees... Depending on shipping too.. it cost me 40 bucks to send one to the states lol 🤣
Liking that light. Has some great features. Would be great for my chili rasbora and shrimp tank. Most of my tanks are low tech low light so would work well. Great review Chris. Thank you
Nice light, They just reached out to me on some of their stuff. I told them I would always help them out as they offer decent products at an affordable price for the hobbyist. Great video.
Really nice Chris we really like the clip on aspect of these sorts of things. We have used a lot of clip on lights over the years. They are much more versatile for certain situation of decorating or illuminating Custom Tanks, which can be hard sometimes fit a light at rest on top.😀😀👍👍
Very nice, looks great on your 40! Good lighting makes so much of a difference, and hygger makes some good lights. Hope you have a great weekend, Chris! 🙂👍
Hi Chris! This modular ceiling light from Hygger is really excellent! It seems to shed a lot of light and the night version is nice too. I guess it also has low electricity consumption. Good weekend.
Hello again my friend! Thanks for the great review of another good looking Hygger product. Sure looks like there are several uses for that light. Have a good one!
Excellent light and definitely suits your needs! I have a bunch of gooseneck LED lights around my house for my plants and I keep thinking how much easier things have become with lighting technology compared to even a decade ago. I'm sure this will help some people out and thanks for sharing Chris!👊🍅🫑🥕
Oh yes.. lots over the years depending on type of fish ..some I have to keep covered some I don't.. I really don't like to cover them... But if you are heating them and you have fish that like to jump...then you have to
That's super cool! I reached out to them a while ago about that busted brace tank I was going to set up (can't afford it time wise now) they sent me a early order link for it that will do well for your plants and checking the fry!!
I’m really liking that design. It’s a hassle with the light I have now to access inside my tank. I have to unplug the light and remove it just to get inside because it sits across the length of my tank. How much easier it would be to just bend a neck of the light upwards and I could still leave it plugged in!
Awesome review Chris! love the shirt and sign! check held for review in comments as I made another comment here and added some links so it might have went in held for review
Little known fact, temperature of a light source does not really affect aquatic plant growth. When it comes down to lighting and plant growth, the spectrum distribution of the light's output is one of the main variables that affect plant growth. The whole 6500K needed to grow plants is just marketing stuff. Temperature refers to the lights color appearance. Higher Kelvin rating is bluer while lower is more yellow/orange like a soft white light bulb
Thanks my learned friend. I really appreciate your knowledge on this as I am relatively new to planted tanks, well successfully keeping live plants in aquariums. I truly appreciate your knowledge on this and your comment
