Do some Ghanaians really know the number of people/Ghanaians whose lives Kwame Nkrumah destroyed? Who up to now are struggling to live a meaningful life? Nkrumah left Ghanaians and went on to build Universities outside Ghana. Free Education was limited to the North. A Tyrant who was “Kankabi” Wɔka an Obi ɛnkabi”. When he (Nkrumah) was misappropriating Ghana’s finances and J.B. Dankwa, Obestebi Lamptey, and Co, spoke about it, Nkrumah imprisoned them and in fact, destroyed them and their families; and you expect those families to respect/revere Nkrumah because he built Akosombo Dam, Tema Motorway, and some factories “WITH” the COLONIAL inheritance??? I am from Nkrumaist family but no more because I can read and write and I heard my grandpa who was a staunch CPP member. Besides I saw Nkrumah and his days a little before his overthrow.
