Ofcrs, the Moment of the Day I felt could be more apt of what she said about Rahman towards the end had been chosen as it was quite heartfelt as it was even before! 🧡Love the way she’s patiently explaining every vivid memory of her childhood singing at Rahman studio💛 Also, as she admitted she’s quite lucky to be among the chosen one from among thousands of singers who are in queue waiting for Rahman’s call! I actually came to know that Sujatha had a teenage daughter only recently when Sujatha was felicitated with a life time award 🥇 at a function. I was surprised to notice she almost not only looks like her mother but even reminds her in her singing tonality, though she’s got more exuberant style than her mothers innocent, soulful singing style! However, I wish to go back and find her name in Arr songs now that I knew who she was. Also, would love to know if Udit Narayan sang for ARR first in South or is it for anyone else? Though, I know to the best of my knowledge it was Rahman who encouraged a whole slew of North Indian singers to sing 🎤 in South, I’m still curious about that and in Telugu he clicked big time with a 1998 hit album but it’s not composed by Rahman. But he became super successful in South as much as he’s in Bollywood like no other male singer from there! I wish and hope he credits all his success to Rahman for his Southern outings! Waiting eagerly on that..🤞🏻

Only director knows the mind of Rahaman and has come close to give the best shape to ARRs international sound and not missing out any single layer of music especially in songs. When are you going to do that...?
