Para siguraduhing hindi makalilimutan ng mga taga-Cordillera ang kabayanihan nina Macli-ing Dulag, Pedro Dungoc Sr. at Lumbaya Gayudan, may monumento na itinayo sa Kalinga noong 2017 bilang pagkilala sa kanilang pakikipaglaban noong panahon ng martial law.
Pero kasabay ng lumalalang pagbaluktot sa kasaysayan, tinanggal ang monumento noong 2021, sa utos umano ng pulis. Alamin dito sa Episode 22, Season 2 ng “What the F?!” podcast kung ano na ang nangyari sa Anti-Chico Dam Heroes Monument sa Bugnay, kung saan naging punong barangay si Macli-ing.
