For bream and trigger fish you need to be in the Southbourne side of the head about 400 yards off the coastguard hut, and drifting the beaches for plaice,
You should have started fishing the same as Matt, set of feathers with a lure on the end. Don't worry about your style of lure fishing, if the fish are there and hungry, you will catch. Kayakers catch fish just by dragging feathers or a lure behind them. By the way, Bream are very good eating.
If the bass are not biting and you have a 25g soft plastic, put yourself over any of the rough ground to catch some chunky wrasse 🐟. I was getting follows there sat but was mackerel.

Down south we use the bream as bait for tope go absolutely mad for it but best bait for the tope down south is mullet bit into peices on a running ledger
Nice one mate. Bet that ally floor makes a big difference. Does it add much to your set up time? If you're down that way again, would you be tempted to fish Southbourne on the sib? I reckon just out of casting range would produce well!
i went out targetting small carp today, got a lovley 5 pounder, i personally think coarse is better than sea in the summer, but everyone for themselves!

That sounds expensive mate, there's loads of RU-vid channels that you can learn how to fish with lures, its not very difficult if you're fishing in the right place you can usually catch something.
