Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by my channel! I grew up in Sichuan Chengdu and I love sharing the recipes from my hometown because they are so amazing and I think everyone should try it! Sliced Beef in Hot and Sour Soup or Suan Tang Fei Niu is one of my favorite dishes to order when I go to a Sichuan restaurant. It is hot and sour but super flavorful at the same time. All the vegetables and noodles in the soup are so delightful to eat as well! You have to try this recipe because it is so delicious and everyone will love it!

Ingredients:
0.5-1lb Thinly Sliced beef
3-4 tbsp yellow lantern chili sauce (amzn.to/41oTGVT)
4 pickled green/red chili (amzn.to/414RYJE)
1 piece ginger
2 cloves Garlic
5 Thai chili
1 pack enoki mushroom
1 serving sweet potato noodles/glass noodles (amzn.to/3Kpw4JW)
1/2 pack bamboo shoots (amzn.to/40jSX7H)
2.5 tbsp cooking oil (0.5 tbsp for frying, 2 tbsp for topping)
2.5 cup stock/water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 handful cilantro

Love yellow lantern sauce! I use 3 scoops cause I can't handle much spiciness

It looks very spicy. How is the taste from the chilli paste, is it more like a Thai tom yum paste?

The chili paste is spicy and slightly sour! I would say it is not as fragrant as Tom yum because less spice is used 😋 color is more yellow too
