*Tip when removing/installing the pin* Push the pin *out* from the friction washer side / Reinsert the pin *in* from the opposite side as the friction washer That way you're fighting the friction over a shorter pin distance.

Been running mine since the 2.0 came out and love it. I upgraded the clips to DCC clips and run my raptor wing in the front as well. Highly recommend these holsters. Great video 👍

Loved this review. Just getting into conceal carry (Glock 19, no light) and I really like the idea of AIWB. Do you find the sidecar uncomfortable when sitting down for long periods of time?

Nice review. I have the original side car and have often thought about trying the Teir 1 Concealed for more comfort, but now have a decision to make with the Sidecar 2.0.

Just got one for my FN 509mrd compact…..it’s a sweet holster and cool design all the way around. Nice review 👍🏻

I’m about to order a sidecar but I’m not getting any attachments for it like the spare mag or tourniquet attachment. I’m just gonna run the holster by itself and then have a neomag in my pocket.

I wish they still offered the old raptor and the old larger clip style

Any comfort issues carrying the 19 with the x300? I’ve tried with front appendix 12 o clock and the light digs into my thigh sitting & getting in and out of car.

Is carrying with a light worth being less comfortable in your eyes? I have a G19.5 with an X300U and wonder if I should get a light bearing holster or go as minimal as possible. Edit: I'm 5'11 200lbs for reference

Can you carry the holster and the clip appendix instead of 4 o'clock?

I’d like to see how the retention is on that holster compared to mine I have the V1 sidecar with a TLR 7a and the holster doesn’t really hold the gun like I think it should

I have the 2.0 I like it but it's a pain in the ass to use the bathroom with the mag side car because to carry it comfortably you have to straddle the belt buckle with the belt clips

What types of base pads are those?

That thing is uncomfortable as F. I’m not sure if it’s my body type *which you can tell from my channel* or the style of jeans that I wear 38x32 slim fits. I carry a Glock 17 Gen5 mos. I have the spare mag wing attached and well it hurts everytime. I’m starting to the my build has a lot to do with it. My pants are always at waist level unless I lighten my belt a little for room purposes. My $20.00 holster from ebay feels 10 times better and it isn’t even a dedicated appendix carry holster. Don’t get it mistaken, I’ve adjusted the sidecar 2.0 in all types of ways to get the right fit for ME. The major issue are I’m having is the light attachment area that digs into the groin area when sitting or bending. I want a holster that has a light attachment area for pistol and light(the reason I purchased the holster). I’m not dissatisfied because it has great features and looks fantastic. I’m just thinking I should have just gotten it without the light attachment and stick to carrying a light in pocket. I’ll be selling it end of the month if I don’t get results and just buying another one with out the light portion. Other than that, I still think TRex Arms makes quality products. Have been shopping with them for a while now

Plastic belt clips? Thin plastic claw? For $100?? Werkz makes a far superior holster for $30 less. Just saying.

The most disappointed i have been in my 2A. Journey both with the product and the customer service. The Guide Rod that Trex uses comes extremely tight. Which means a few things, the bend does move freely and allow the holster to sit back in its original place. Therefore causing a constant bend at a 45 degree angle. This causes printing and requires major adjustments. Lastly, you need a hammer and screwdriver to bang that rod out. I had to put 550 cord in mine to make it like other brands and give it that ability to be flexible but seat back in its original position. Cody from Trex made sure to let me know in a douche way to fuck off. So ill never recommend that garbage to anyone.
