Had one it was an amazing car . you felt like part of the car once you learn to drive one. It's not for someone who's new to driving.

The higher and more upright seating position makes this car much more comfortable on long trips and yet is not really a hindrance on the track.

Nice video and not bad review. The SC is very desirable. Sharing lots with the early 3.2 including the gearbox (915) you need to feel the shift up from 2nd to third. Slow and firm and not big revs. You did say you've never driven one before so not that bad for first time.

You keep saying that its not a desirable 911 which is a shame and your facts are out. The 911 2.7 before it was also injected and your driving skills are some what nervous like at the end shot on the corner. Apart from that great video I watch it all and shall caring on watching them. Thanks and keep it up

Porsche do not produce sports cars anymore. Modern Porsche cars are not really a Porsche anymore.

Bit of a yawn review, really. If you're going to do a review, rather than just talk about the virtues, or otherwise, of the car while tootling along at 40mph, ....... let's see you actually driving the thing, fast. I owned a 10 year old 911SC for a couple of years in the late '80's. Over the course of 5 years it was chronologically.... a brand new 325I BMW, then the Porsche, then a Vauxhall Carlton 3000 GSI, then a BMW 535i Sport, then a Mercedes 300E. The Porsche felt like it was built of granite, you felt absolutely connected to the car, and to the road. The grunt was from 0 mph, and just about 0 revs, not 3000. Never any problems with the gearbox, or gearchange. Of all the above cars, the Porsche was in a league of it's own. The BMW's ? Not much changed between then and now. Triumphs of marketing.
